We began with exceptional appetizers: exquisite lobster-filled ravioli, an explosion of seafood flavor in every bite, and a refined grilled octopus with sweet potatoes, perfectly textured. The highlight was undoubtedly Tenuta Oliva's salmon steak, served with an avocado and lime cream that highlighted the fresh, delicate fish. To end on a high note, a timeless classic, expertly prepared: the deconstructed tiramisu, a play of textures and flavors that brought the evening to a sweet conclusion. Impressive and impeccable. The breakfast isn't amazing but it's clean... It's not very close to Salerno, being a campus hotel, it's more suitable for student parents and visiting academics...

19/04/2026: I rested from April 9 to 17, 2026. Rest in this hotel left only pleasant impressions! The atmosphere is very warm, the staff is attentive and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, linen was changed every day. Even despite the language barrier, the staff was very friendly and tried to help. Thank you for the excellent service - I recommend it to everyone.

09/05/2026: Ordered through Just Eat at 8:20 PM, scheduled for 9:15 PM. They called to tell me one of the ingredients wasn't available (corn, not Iberian ham, but that's okay) and told me it could be a slight 15-minute delay since it's Saturday night. That's fine! No problem! Too bad the 15 minutes becomes 1 hour and 45 minutes with delivery at 11:00 PM... the extra items were cold and one of the two pizzas was raw. I recommend it only for on-site dining. They're obviously not very organized when it comes to deliveries.
