20/06/2026: A perfect stop for those heading from the north towards Calabria and Sicily. Beautiful and well-kept property. Breakfast features excellent homemade cakes. The Caprese salad is exceptional!!! Mrs. Lucia is always attentive to every need. Very close to the Fisciano exit. We'll definitely return.
30/05/2026: I had dinner with my friends at Tenuta Oliva. I ate very well, savoring a truly amazing dish, the spaghetti with seasonal vegetables, which was extremely delicate. The staff in the dining room was helpful and attentive to all of us, especially the maître d' Roberto. Thank you all, and see you soon!

17/01/2026: I must say that for me, and for the guests who accompanied me on this journey, today was truly a wonderful experience!!! I was completely satisfied and, above all, amazed by the mastery with which Chef Francesco manages to enhance and make the simple flavors and products of our land special. I believe this is a place that deserves the attention of us, ordinary customers (even if increasingly demanding) and those charged with evaluating the excellence of the restaurant industry, giving credit where credit is due!!!
My experience here was truly amazing... in no way inferior to many Michelin-starred restaurants... in fact, I wonder why there's still no star here???!!!!

03/08/2026: I found this place by chance online, wanting a meat-based dinner. I was intrigued by the style of the place. My expectations were fully met!!! Quality burgers prepared fresh at the butcher's counter. The sandwich can be topped with your choice of sides and ingredients! The staff is friendly. I'll definitely be back before they close for the holidays.

It was definitely worth traveling from Pescara to savor dishes prepared with love, care, and a quest for exceptional flavor. 🌟
The cod, in particular, was the star, presented in every form with refinement and an unforgettable flavor. We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, I didn't give 5 for attention because, unfortunately, it can happen, they forgot my order so I had to wait a long time. It's a shame because it really deserves 5 overall.
18/05/2026: Rude staff... a place where there's no such thing as a good evening or goodbye... they don't even look you in the face... moreover, rude staff and mediocre pastry products... the only word I heard was 9.30 I have to go... as a shopkeeper, the staff is the mirror of the companies... have a good evening

09/05/2026: Ordered through Just Eat at 8:20 PM, scheduled for 9:15 PM. They called to tell me one of the ingredients wasn't available (corn, not Iberian ham, but that's okay) and told me it could be a slight 15-minute delay since it's Saturday night. That's fine! No problem! Too bad the 15 minutes becomes 1 hour and 45 minutes with delivery at 11:00 PM... the extra items were cold and one of the two pizzas was raw. I recommend it only for on-site dining. They're obviously not very organized when it comes to deliveries.

06/05/2026: The rooms are small and quite modest, it's a hotel next to the university. The staff are very helpful, they find solutions to any problems at any time. The breakfast isn't amazing but it's clean... It's not very close to Salerno, being a campus hotel, it's more suitable for student parents and visiting academics...
19/04/2026: I rested from April 9 to 17, 2026. Rest in this hotel left only pleasant impressions! The atmosphere is very warm, the staff is attentive and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, linen was changed every day. Even despite the language barrier, the staff was very friendly and tried to help.
Thank you for the excellent service - I recommend it to everyone.
