29/10/2025: The hotel is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and elegant. The owner is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel right at home. She pays close attention to her guests, ensuring they feel comfortable during their stay. The food is another story altogether – delicious, beautifully presented, and all organically grown on their own farms. The welcome suite is elegantly arranged and stylishly placed in the room. The hotel's atmosphere is wonderful and incredibly relaxing. 🇦🇪

Each time, they amaze us with new offerings, sophisticated and refined flavors, and unexpected pairings that captivate those who love culinary innovation. A sensory journey that engages and surprises, accompanied by a simply excellent selection of wines. Il Rudere is much more than a restaurant: it's an experience that leaves its mark, every time. For us, it's simply home. A safe haven where we can retreat whenever we want to delight our palate with exciting seafood cuisine.

11/09/2025: We decided to book a dinner reservation for my birthday at this fantastic restaurant, not knowing it and relying solely on the reviews we'd read. What can I say...it was a MAGICAL evening! We tried the "rudere" appetizer and the tuna tartare, which were highly recommended. I've never had tuna this good! The first courses were spectacular, offering an explosion of flavor from the first bite. My compliments to the chef and the waiter, who was super kind and courteous, ready to explain each course he served. Thank you both for a fantastic evening! Prices were average. See you next time!!

30/09/2025: The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, and the olive ice cream palate cleanser was a standout—truly delicious. Our favorite dish was the pork cheek, which was tender and flavorful. The staff was attentive, though they seemed a bit burned out? While the plating was elegant, some dishes were slightly too salty and lacked the depth or wow factor you'd expect from a Michelin-level experience. Overall, the meal felt like it was missing a bit of the passion and joy that typically defines high-end dining. Thus 4 stars instead of a 5.

30/09/2025: Simply the best restaurant in Sorrento and the surrounding area. Excellent use of raw ingredients, meticulous attention to detail in the plating, and excellent service (the restaurant's flagship). Giampiero and his staff make this place truly unique.

10/11/2025: We were greeted with a smile and treated with great kindness and helpfulness throughout. Served promptly, we enjoyed dishes created with fresh, high-quality ingredients, generous portions, and reasonable prices. It has an outdoor area and an air-conditioned indoor dining room, but most importantly, it has ample parking, which is a must-have in this area. I will definitely be back.

04/11/2025: We went to Osteria Estoria for a family lunch and the experience was truly enjoyable. We ate wonderfully: carefully prepared dishes, elegant plating, and perfectly balanced autumnal flavors. Each course was a successful balance of tradition and creativity. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service attentive. Ample parking is available. A place to remember and recommend.

13/07/2025: La location all'interno di un antico palazzo è davvero affascinante. Pranziamo all'esterno in un ampio cortile rivestito d'edera su tutti i lati con tavoli abbastanza distanti tra loro e senza avvertire la calura esterna. Disponibili più degustazioni con un ampia possibilità di scelta considerato anche che i prezzi "alla carta" non sono esagerati. Selezioniamo proprio dalla carta ed iniziamo con il mosaico di tonno e ricciola marinati alla panzanella; è la composizione di tonno e ricciola a colpire l'occhio ma è il fantastico condimento della panzanella ad innestare le marce alte del gusto. Proseguiamo con la linguina con crema ai ricci di mare, cipollotto arrostito e polvere di nduja. Mescoliamo il tutto e la prima cosa che sentiamo è il cipollotto, buono, non eccezionale, ma non appena alla forchettata successiva peschiamo i ricci ecco che la soddisfazione è piena. Finora tutto bene ma è coì secondi che la cucina si esalta: sia l'"omaggio a Jackson Pollock", ovvero un filetto di rombo ricoperto da un velo di seppia con spuma di fagioli, spinaci, e chips al nero di seppia, sia l'agnello come un peperone “mbuttunat” sono di alto livello. L'omaggio a Pollock non è un semplice mix di ingredienti ma un insieme ben bilanciato dove ogni cosa ha motivo di esserci. L'agnello, con perfetta cottura, è semplicemente tra i più buoni mai assaggiati. Il piatto per cui ritornare. Si chiude con il gelato al provolone del monaco, una sorpresa per chi cerca qualcosa di nuovo ma, attenzione, non un dolce...dolce. Freschissima la "Green Experience" ovvero panna cotta al basilico, gelato al tè matcha, e schiuma di latte croccante. Da una carta dei vini con ricarichi ragionevoli scegliamo una bollicina: Albino Armani Trento Dosaggio Zero “Clè”, piacevole per l'intero pasto. Servizio veloce ed adeguato. Prezzi nella norma, buoni rispetto a location e qualità della cucina.

20/10/2025: This was our first dining experience in Naples, and we (a single mom with two sons age 5 and 11) struck gold on Saturday! We received a warm welcome, and the lady of the house recommended a number of choices that were spot on. As the icing on the cake, we even got a free dessert from the chef. All in all, a wonderful experience and fantastic service! Love from Amsterdam

20/10/2025: A quite busy place, we were there for about half hours, seeing a lot of take out. So many choices for the pizza, and we try three favourites. They are all very good, but recommended to try their Napoli sorrento, which is very unique (only in Naples), and we like it.
