We started with the very good appetizer and moved on to the main course, which was also worth it... but man, the steak is unbeatable, it was excellent quality and huge. Not happy! 🫣 He brought us arrosticini, and we practically ate one after another until we lost count because they were so good. 😜🤩 The dessert was a delight for the palate. The place is in a strategic location, you can admire the castle. What can I say... Gianpiero, you won us over.

30/08/2025: At this restaurant, you can savor traditional Abruzzo cuisine in a slightly more refined and sophisticated atmosphere than other local restaurants. Their game appetizer, featuring top-quality cured meats, is definitely worth trying. It's plentiful and paired with a "cooked" antipasto featuring a variety of delicious dishes. The first courses were generous, especially the fettuccine with creamy porcini mushrooms and fresh truffle. However, the roe deer-filled ravioli was a bit thick and tough, and the chopped tomatoes on top didn't really add much to the dish. They also offer a wide selection of meat-based main courses, but we preferred the first courses. A wide and interesting selection of desserts, including the truly superb amarena brittle. The girls who served us were knowledgeable, kind, and above all, quick!! We'll definitely be back one evening to try their pizza, which looks delicious.

There were a lot of people that day, but I have to say that the waiters, the cooks, everyone was very quick with their service, and I have to say that it was the first time I've seen it. It seems to me that the osteria is family-run. The menu included an appetizer with cured meats, cheese, very good spiced mushrooms, etc., then the first course was chitarra pasta with saffron, ricotta, and truffle, which I must say was very good. Then the second course was meat with arancini and chicory, then the house dessert, and we were also offered gentian at the end. I didn't spend much, so I'd say I'd return.

05/10/2025: Today I had the pleasure of lunch at Emiliano's La Fuocina, and it was a truly memorable experience. I tasted a full-blood Wagyu "Italia" rib-eye steak that was simply extraordinary: a unique, tender meat, perfectly marbled, with an intense and refined flavor. An absolute delight, never tasted before! And not just the meat: the appetizers and first courses were also meticulously prepared, balanced, and bursting with flavor. All this was accompanied by attentive and friendly service, which made the day even more enjoyable. This restaurant is absolutely worth a try, and I recommend it without hesitation to anyone who loves good food and authentic gastronomic experiences.

25/10/2025: I waited an hour for two pizzas. The waitresses were really kind and cheerful, but the wait was way too long. The pizza was truly spectacular, but unfortunately, I'm not sure it was worth the wait. I'll definitely be back to see if it was a coincidence or not... sorry.

02/11/2025: Exceptional, excellent service. The lady in the dining room was very helpful and welcoming, making you feel at home. The food was superb; we chose the six-course tasting menu, which guests can choose from, as long as they share the same dishes for the table. Each course lived up to expectations, even more. We also really appreciated that the homemade bread, which was delicious, was brought only with the main courses, so we didn't have to fill up first and could fully appreciate each course. The wine pairing was recommended by the lady who proved to be extremely knowledgeable. High-end dining with excellent value.

01/11/2025: I've been coming to this restaurant for a long time, and every time is a confirmation! The owner, Fabrizio, is always kind and welcoming. The pizza is delicious, and the meat is excellent. Even the cabbage side is truly tasty. But the real masterpiece is the tiramisu: sublime, I've never had anything so good anywhere else! Compliments to all the staff; it's always a pleasure to return!

26/10/2025: This "Ristorantino" (little restaurant) is a pleasant discovery, just steps from the SS5 Salaria. Excellent food, generous portions, and courteous service are very welcome. One small note: even though we live in the digital age, some people would appreciate reading the paper menu. Two printed copies wouldn't hurt.
