We had a couple of coffees and a sparkling water while we waited for our train. It has a large counter where you order, and then along one side, a space with about 15 tables. The service is typical of this kind of place.

It's perhaps the most stylish and high-quality bar in the station, but there's still the major problem of organization at the coffee counter. This is Italy, everyone drinks coffee at the counter, and it creates a crush where everyone walks past everyone else. They need to reorganize it, perhaps having people move to the tables instead of at the counter.

Bistrot Porta Nuova is a convenient option for a quick stop before catching the train. The food is average, with no particular surprises, but still satisfactory for a quick meal or snack. Service is rather brisk, as you'd expect in a place with a constant flow of travelers, but it's also fast and efficient, though still lacking in smiles. The location is worth considering: it's located inside the station, in a very busy area, and still manages to handle the crowds. It's not a place to stop for a gastronomic experience, but it gets the job done.

This bar is located in the Verona Porta Nuova train station, run by young people aged between 18 and 25. They're incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and, above all, patient, given the widespread rudeness of customers who, under the pretext of being in a hurry, indulge in truly indecent meals. The menu offers a wide variety of options, from sweet to savory, and the quality is excellent. A great place to stop between trains or while waiting.

Actually the Best ginseng I had in Verona! Especially the service was really cute! After ordering our drinks with out milk she suggested us the vegan croissant which was good ! 🍀
