06/09/2025: Terrible experience buying a cake: We went in person to order a birthday cake (they didn't take orders over the phone to avoid mistakes). They immediately asked for a deposit. We didn't have any cash, so we offered to pay everything right away, but they had issues with the POS. The cake was supposed to be ready two days later, but they still asked us to come back again to pay the deposit the following day. On the day of pickup, they called us three times at 8:00 in the morning to remind us that the POS wasn't working yet. We went to pick up the cake... Surprise! The cake was completely different from the one we ordered in the photo, and it was ruined too! To apologize, they gave us a €2 discount (at this point, they would have looked better not to do so) after we went there in person three times at their suggestion to choose the cake with them.

03/09/2025: Prices are too high and too focused on turnover. Coffees are €1.40. Brioches are up to €2.50 each. Order coffee with a notepad, just like at a restaurant.

02/11/2025: I ordered a delicious pizza. I didn't like it very much. My uncle ordered a ham and mushroom pizza. The pizza was raw. They didn't have crème brûlée or tiramisu on the dessert menu. The cappuccino was average. To get four pizzas, you had to wait half an hour. The waiters are very kind and friendly.

14/09/2025: We went to this pizzeria because the one we usually go to was unfortunately closed for vacation, so we decided to try this one, but we were extremely disappointed compared to the pizza we used to eat years ago. The atmosphere was very spartan and cold, with many different types of dough, but unfortunately the pizza wasn't leavened, too hard and undercooked. The effort in research is appreciated, but it's a shame because we could taste the toppings were otherwise good quality. The prices were definitely too high for the location and quality of the pizza, with a cover charge of €2.50 and paper tissues that were decidedly too thin. There's a lot to revise.

21/04/2025: Alles in allem ist das Essen mittelmäßig. Die Speisekarte liest man in Venedig mehrfach mit variierenden Preisen. Für 4 Scampi 30€ ist schon eine Frechheit. Personal zwar nett, aber da hört es auch schon auf. Für uns eher eine Touristennepp und nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

13/04/2025: Absolutamente espantoso servicio desde el principio, personal de espera abrupto muy grosero, evitar a toda costa si quieres una comida tranquila agradable, literalmente te tiran comida y simplemente les encanta despejar la mesa mientras otros todavía están comiendo! Intentamos pedir en italiano y muy groseramente nos dijeron que solo hablar inglés! Están corriendo por ahí haciéndote sentir muy incómodo. La comida era promedio. Moscas por todas partes. Fue una comida especial de cumpleaños pero extremadamente triste que fuera tan horrible.

01/10/2025: We've eaten there several times. The pizza/pasta and salads are delicious, and I highly recommend the wines and desserts! The service was always very friendly, and you simply pay at the cash register, where a bill is brought to your table. 😉 No problem with waiting for the bill.

26/09/2025: Traditional restaurant by the lake. Public parking nearby. The interior is worth a visit. Efficient service. My wife praised the fish. I recommend the house rosé. Average prices.

22/09/2025: I looked inside beforehand = poor > left 2024 = stayed, from midnight = karaoke, there are passionate artists there, women and men, and everyone dances to Italian hits, I was probably the only German, I felt really good, you just have to join in, not sit and wait for two hours! Waiting for what? The two at the piano manage everything with their laptop, it's perfect, and the piano becomes a second bar. If you meet the guys and girls somewhere the next day, you wave and laugh at each other, great. Recommended for full-throttle junkies, can Laimsiders still learn something? FUN 2025 Sept Visited twice, always great, danced, rocked, laughed, nationality doesn't matter, always English, it's perfect, at some point you realize > oh Austria or Germany, we're switching, do Danes laugh differently than Swiss? Of course, their country is 75% Italian. Another tip: Don't drink so much, guys. Some of them could be replaced by robots, like remote control. You always have to be in control of the situation and know what to do and what not to do, and in the morning, it's better that way. Praise to the great team, for the drinks, the music, and the peace and quiet outside. Stay healthy.

25/07/2025: Prima di una serata all’Arena ci siamo concessi un pasto veloce, una Caesar salad consumata all’esterno. Buono il servizio e cortese il personale. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Locale in buona posizione un po’ decentrata bei pressi della bella Porta dei Borsari.

11/07/2025: La location è carina, curata e piacevole. All’arrivo ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto mangiare all’esterno perché “non c’era abbastanza personale per gestire sia interno che esterno”. La distanza tra i due spazi era davvero minima… quindi un po’ di perplessità c’è stata. Il cibo era buono, alcune proposte interessanti anche se la presentazione in certi casi lasciava a desiderare. Il vero disastro è stato il servizio. La cameriera era totalmente impreparata: non conosceva il menù, faticava a capire cosa stavamo ordinando e ogni richiesta diventava una specie di trattativa. Prima ci diceva di sì, poi tornava a dirci che non si poteva più, con un atteggiamento infantile. Una totale mancanza di professionalità che ha rovinato l’esperienza. Peccato, perché il posto avrebbe anche del potenziale, ma con un personale incompetente, è difficile voler tornare.

06/12/2025: We ordered 4 pizzas, one was supposed to have salami and chips but it didn't have chips and they also took more than half an hour to arrive.

03/11/2025: The seller was very kind and courteous. I ordered two kebab rolls and I have to say they were really good. I was pleasantly surprised! I recommend them.

23/11/2025: I've ordered several times, and the service has always been average, but unfortunately, in recent weeks, at least from my perspective, the service has gotten much worse. The second-to-last time I ordered, I ordered two calzones with ham, mushrooms, and salami. I received two calzones with ham and artichokes, plus two pizzas with ham, mushrooms, and salami. In the end, I took the two calzones, even though they weren't the flavor I ordered, and I sent them back because I respect the workers and mistakes happen. I also left a €5 tip for the delivery man for taking the time to resolve the issue when it definitely wasn't his fault. Tonight, I'm ordering again, again two calzones with ham, mushrooms, and salami. The note says "SP," which I'm sure stands for Salamino Piccante (Spicy Salami), but the salami isn't on either calzone. I was understanding, and I've put my trust in this pizzeria again, but mistakes can't become a habit. From next time I will order elsewhere

25/09/2025: We've been regular customers for 2 years. The quality has significantly declined recently, as has the selection, but what's even more convincing us to change is that they never deliver pizzas on time. This evening, we ordered pizzas at 6:00 PM (presumably more than enough time to organize) for a home delivery to be delivered at 8:00 PM in Villafranca, as we had an engagement afterwards. We were asked if 8:15 PM was okay, and although we were a bit pressed for time, we accepted. Too bad the pizza arrived at 8:45 PM. Considering the fact that we ordered well in advance and that we live a 5-minute drive from the pizzeria, I find such a delay absurd, and it always happens.

09/10/2025: The place is always very crowded, but overall sufficient for a business lunch.

09/10/2025: Dirt everywhere, sour ragù, lousy service...if you give me a free meal, I won't come anyway. An insult to Italian restaurants. I prefer Il Sogno despite its mediocrity and higher prices.
