13/08/2024: I stayed in this hotel for two nights and the sleep was excellent, the room is spacious and clean including a private bathroom which is also very clean. The environment is bright and the staff is professional. Excellent bar service always available. Thanks Noemi and Franca!

13/07/2024: Sehr sehr unfreundlich! Anscheinend nur High Society erwünscht. Wir wurden einige Male vom Tisch verwiesen, weil angeblich reserviert ist. Und wenn man nur was trinken will dann darf man nur ganz abseits sitzen! Als wir zum Kellner sagten, dass es ein sehr unfreundliches Lokal ist, sagte er" ich weiß".

18/08/2024: Una trattoria come non se ne trovano più. Piatti semplici a prezzi onesti. Questa trattoria non mi sento di annoverarla tra le esperienze culinarie che lasceranno il segno ma certamente tornerò perché nell'insieme si tratta di un luogo piacevole per passare del tempo con amici e famiglia. Soprattutto d'estate, soprattutto pranzando sulla loro terrazza.

07/07/2024: Finally a pizza made properly! The pizza is good. It's very filling and you won't finish it unless you're very hungry. Rooms to be modernized. Very kind staff. For pizza you wait a little longer than usual because it takes longer to cook but it's worth it! Fully satisfied!

02/06/2024: Time spent inside the room: 5 minutes There was no sign of greeting from the 2 people behind the counter... The owner with her husband, much less even though they passed by me several times.. I don't know if it was worse: the daughter who took one of the last available pastries under her nose or the owner herself who made sure to shout several times at the 2 workers at the counter not to give any more pastries than those on display (we were 2 customers waiting to be served ) Evidently welcoming all their customers, even those who live in Torri, is not their focus... Selling a dozen or so pastries in bulk on the spot, leaving other customers already waiting without them, is certainly not admirable. It will certainly be my concern not to set foot there again

15/07/2024: A very atmospheric place on the outskirts of the old town. A large selection of drinks, both classic and according to your own secret recipe ;) Plus non-alcoholic drinks, so you can come here in the evening with the whole family :) On some days there is live music or a DJ. And a very nice owner :) I definitely want to come back here :)

13/07/2024: A great place to sit, have a drink and talk. There was also live music on Friday. The bar is slightly away from the city center, but it's definitely worth the walk. Large selection of drinks. I recommend the specialty of the place - the SEBA panini and the Mango's drink. Best regards, Helena and Sebastian 😉

26/07/2024: I got a coffee and a glass of water, which in Italy always means tap (not bottled) water. After drinking, I asked for the bill and they had charged me an extra 1.3€ for the glass of water!!! They told me (after the fact) that they don't serve tap water. But they didn't say anything when I ordered it, nor can I even confirm that the water was bottled... They just brought me the glass...

09/08/2024: An environment that I would define as "exclusive" and well set up, with a large car park. Professional and very courteous staff. I will very happily return. Small, small, small thing: a little something more to nibble on as aperitifs wouldn't hurt, because they're really good.

20/08/2024: ho già scritto una recensione in precedenza ma mi tocca scriverne un’altra perché tornando l’esperienza è stata pessima e allucinante. scrivo in merito a una cameriera in particolare. abbiamo viaggiato fino al posto con l’intenzione di andare a gardaland il giorno seguente, e siamo arrivati ad un’ora un po’ tarda, tipo verso le 22/23. si, ammetto un po’ tardi ma ciò non giustifica essere trattati in questo modo. premetto che essendo già stata lì meno di un mese prima ed avendo avuto GIÀ un’esperienza pessima non volevo tornare, ma ormai a quelle ore i ristoranti erano tutti chiusi perciò eravamo obbligato a tornare li. intanto c’era sempre la stessa cameriera sperduta dell’altra volta, appena siamo arrivati ci guardava malissimo, ci lanciava sguardi pieni d’odio senza motivi apparenti, e per nostra Sfortuna è stata proprio lei a prendere le ordinazioni. e qua mi rode: mentre ordinavamo ci guardava malissimo e non spiccicava mezza parola, finché a una certa io chiedo un’istruzione precisa. (ora premetto il perché di questa richiesta e poi la scrivo): spesso nei ristoranti ordini da bere, e poi aspetti anche un’ora o un’ora e mezza prima che arrivi il cibo, e metti caso che ordini da bere birra, dopo chiaramente si scalda e fa schifo perché la birra calda non la beve nessuno. e allora ecco che vi spiego la mia richiesta: quando ho ordinato da bere, ho preso una birra, e le ho ESPRESSAMENTE chiesto: “la birra potete portarla INSIEME alle pizze? perché altrimenti aspettando si scalda e non è buona” e lei mi ha lanciato uno sguardo pieno di schifo e odio senza NEMMENO rispondere. e la cosa divertente è che poi la birra è arrivata PRIMA della pizza. divertente no? sinceramente non ci sarà una prossima volta perché piuttosto che entrare qua dentro mi metto a digiunare. chiedo provvedimenti su questa cameriera perché era da tutta la sera che ci guardava con disprezzo e personalmente mi ha fatta sentire a disagio. anche perché è poco sveglia e l’altra volta sbagliava gli ordini. parlo di una cameriera castana con gli occhiali, non giovane ma neanche anziana, che porta una coda

16/08/2024: I recently remembered a clarification that I wanted to make a month ago; better late than never, in fact I correct my words by rewriting but the positive content is always identical. Congratulations to all the girls at the checkout, who despite the fact that today 13-07-24 lunch time was full of people, were efficient, very patient especially with customers who in my opinion were rude and arrogant who wanted "everything immediately", in fact I don't agree that the red-haired sales assistant was even rude to all the customers and that she would have insulted a foreign tourist as a customer also commented on this Sunday working day. Well done girls. Don't be discouraged by general comments from customers who in my personal opinion have little or no empathy. I WILL CONTINUE to eat the delicious chicken sold by KFC
