10/08/2024: We only stopped for a coffee just before closing on our night ride up the Great St. Bernard Pass. Eleonora welcomed us with a smile (and an excellent coffee) even though she was already doing the cleaning at the end of the day. Nice and young atmosphere: absolutely worth stopping when passing through the Aosta Valley! To Eleonora, also from Antonella, the best wishes for her new path: well done!!!

19/08/2024: All good, shame about the heat for which they are not equipped (1 fan for the entire internal room) The fried porcini mushrooms are excellent.

01/09/2024: Ristorante bar un po’ di tutto. Non posso dire grandi negatività ma il rapporto qualità prezzo non é il massimo. Non ha incontrato il mio gusto in particolare né ha sollecitato il mio palato. Non mi son sentita particolarmente a mio agio. Un aperitivo (non come siamo abituati a Milano) abbiamo chiesto un tagliere niente di particolare o tipico un antipasto e un primo acqua due birre e due caffè. 84 euro. Mah.

28/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato una sera di agosto in quattro. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, sia per la.cortesia del servizio, che per la qualità del cibo. Abbiamo trovato anche una proposta di pesce che in montagna è sempre difficile. Eccellente il dolce, una bavarese.

14/08/2024: We stayed for two nights, the room was clean but the bathroom was spartan. The biggest problem is that the windows looked over the pizzeria and the noise was so loud, you couldn't close the window because the room had no air conditioning. Parking is a little problematic because the spaces are also used by the patrons of the pizzeria. Breakfast is normal for those who don't have big needs. The location is good for visiting some castles Bard the fort, and Issogne.

05/08/2024: The rooms are recently renovated, spacious and clean. We had dinner there and were recommended some typical dishes and I must say that they were truly delicious and well served. The view of the enchanting valley and the staff were really kind and helpful. I only gave the rooms a 4 because there was no air conditioning but for the very honest price it was too much to ask. I'll be back as soon as possible

16/08/2024: Assolutamente da non perdere..tutto buonissimo..menù ricco e tipico. Ottimi i piatti con fonduta e con formaggi tipici...e per concludere provate la loro panna montata..con caffè o con i dolci ...tutto spettacolare..anche la gentilezza dei camerieri

23/08/2024: You eat well without pretensions but don't be fooled by the €14 menu because if you take one because one person eats only the first and the other only wants the second they make you pay for everything separately instead of just adding the cover charge as they do in many places . And don't you dare go to the bathroom before paying or at least inform them (like when you tell the teacher at school) because they will come looking for you... I understand that not everyone is honest but being looked at badly because we allowed ourselves to go to the bathroom it's a very hateful thing. However, for a quick lunch it's fine.. Personally I will never stop again which certainly won't affect their profits but I prefer to give my money elsewhere but certainly not because of the service or the food.

22/08/2024: Stopped by today by chance with my son for lunch, what can I say, excellent food, excellent staff, politeness and courtesy, it's the best thing, double possibility of à la carte menu, or menu of the day for passers-by who work, or for those who can't spend much, Rare thing to find in Valle d'Aosta as it is a tourist area. ❤️❤️❤️

24/08/2024: Had 3 courses, all local dishes and unfortunately all were OK. Not bad, not good. The owner/manager were nice. The waitress made me feel like I offended her some how. We sat for a long time after the last dish and the two tables nearby who got food after us already got the checks and left. I came to the front desk to ask for a check and was ignored. This was 9:30 PM, 2.5 hours after we arrived at the restaurant. We needed to hike the next day. Should have gotten pizza to take out and went to bed.

19/08/2024: Locale molto carino, con un bel dehors nella piazzetta. Polenta, una selezione di formaggi ed una buona bottiglia di Enfer. Servizio eccellente e tutto come dovrebbe essere.

15/08/2024: Abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante un po’ titubanti data la presenza su TheFork ed invece……tutto buonissimo!!!!! Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti! Si, prezzi un po’ altini ma di sicuro la miglior cena di questa vacanza in Valle D’Aosta! Locale molto carino e ben curato.

20/07/2024: Ho sempre sentito parlare bene di questo posto per cui l’ho consigliato a persone che volevano assaggiare la cucina valdostana. Sono rimasta però delusa. Menu a 30 € piuttosto misero: antipasto composto da salumi e mela con noci e fontina buono ma niente di che; crespelle mediocri; carne (fettina piccolissima) con patate (4 di numero) decisamente inferiori alle aspettative e un assaggio di polenta concia iper salata. Infine fettina di torta senza lode senza infamia. Digestivo offerto.
