24/04/2026: If your'e planning your ski vacation and looking for the best hotel in Breuil-Cervinia - then look no further! I found this place by chance when We decided to go for a spontaneous ski holyday during last April. Just from the phone call I did to verify there is still enough snow - I realized this place is special. Alessandro and Nicolleta are so good with hospitality. They know how to give you best service, help and accommodation needs but without overdoing it like some places does. Every small request was quickly fulfilled. From taking care to car parking to advising on the best ski pass options. From answering whatever question we had to helping our son with his sunburns... Also I would like to mention Emanuelle which was always there to help us with travelling to town or other logistic issues. The room we took was great - very spacious, huge shower, great Balcony and a pleasure to the eye. They also have a nice spa to recover at the end of the day. And the food - Absolutely perfect! They have one of the best breakfast I had in any hotel. The variety and quality of it was just spot on! Alinna was great in giving us all kind of special treats...and the dinner was very high quality. To summarize - it was a perfect choice and I would definitely would like to come back again.

20/04/2026: We spent four wonderful days at Bergman Mountain Hotel in Cervinia, enjoying some of the best late-season skiing in April—it was simply amazing. The hotel is beautifully designed, the food is delicious, and the spa is truly indulgent, all set against breathtaking mountain views. More than anything, the service made the difference. Alessandro and the entire team were exceptional, going above and beyond in every detail—from helpful advice on ski routes to being available with a shuttle at any hour to pick you up or drop you off. We will definitely be back. There are simply no words to fully describe the experience.

15/08/2025: We spent 3 nights in this charming, newly renovated hotel. Very, very beautiful decor, pleasant rooms and a young, very welcoming team who spoke French. We highly recommend it to those who want to spend a few days to see the 4000m area and the Matterhorn....even if the Cervinia resort is not very beautiful in the summer.

21/06/2026: Everything about this refuge is topnotch. The location is easily accessible even by public transport, in a valley with wonderful views. The staff is extraordinarily friendly, ready to meet your every need. The food is excellent, at reasonable prices (I recommend a Monte Bianco, it’s delicious). The sleeping conditions are comfortable and clean.

19/07/2026: A truly beautiful restaurant in Aymavilles, right below the castle, with a spectacular sunset view of the Alps and the valley below. The appetizers are excellent and unique; I loved the snails, as were the main courses: the venison was fabulous, and the fontina-filled meatball was equally as delicious. A special mention for the desserts, which looked delicious... and I can confirm they were! A good selection of wines, especially local ones, including 375ml bottles, and an equally good selection of local craft beers... Worth trying next time.

01/08/2026: This place isn't just an excellent restaurant and trattoria; it's a place that, at first glance, is already steeped in history—not just any history, but a family history spanning multiple generations. The restaurant is located in a natural setting that's already evocative: Gouffre des Busserailles. The interior is truly welcoming, and it truly feels like a welcome guest in a family atmosphere. This is further enhanced by the courtesy and kindness of the staff, who are truly professional and friendly. They're also happy to explain the history of the place and the family. All the dishes are carefully crafted, featuring traditional Aosta Valley dishes but also featuring other dishes (like Lo Gurfo cannellotti) that are truly signature to the restaurant. I highly recommend trying the menu because the flavors don't disappoint, even the desserts. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, as evidenced by the fine tablecloths. For example, the napkins are embroidered, which isn't a given, given that other restaurants (not just bistros) sometimes only have disposable placemats. So, if you're in Breuil Cervinia, it's definitely worth the short drive (very short) to get here, because it's truly a different experience and more valuable than the well-known restaurants in the city.

01/08/2026: Five of us had lunch on the last Friday of July, after making a reservation. This restaurant serves local cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed the two platters, Cervino and Valtournenche. The Valdostana crespella and ricotta ravioli were delicious, as were the canelotti. The tagliatelle, though good, weren't quite up to par. We finished with a delicious venison stew. It was all accompanied by an excellent local wine. The service was impeccable, welcoming, and knowledgeable, including their wine list. We concluded with a chat with the owner and his daughter, two true ambassadors of local traditions and a love for the valley. We will return to this welcoming restaurant in an enchanting location.
