The only really negative thing was the Aosta people sitting across from me, who were so nice...I'll avoid that, I'd be rude. As for the rest: I asked for a table change and was granted it immediately. The girls are very friendly and helpful, and the recommendation was excellent. I'll definitely be back.

Alpanino is a small restaurant located on a side street off the main road in Aosta. The interior is truly charming and welcoming: the wooden furnishings, furniture, and utensils are reminiscent of the area's traditional mountain homes, a detail that lends the place great personality, authenticity, and character. We arrived right at opening time, so fortunately there was no line, and the staff welcomed us very kindly. I chose a veggie burger with breaded tomino cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, and a touch of mustard, accompanied by delicious baked potatoes cut into wedges with their skins. The burger was delicious, and the combination of ingredients was truly perfect; the only slightly subdued note was the breaded tomino cheese, whose flavor was barely discernible due to the other ingredients, but overall it was still very tasty and with a great texture. What I appreciated most is that Alpanino uses mostly local ingredients, making every dish authentic and authentic. I highly recommend it if you find yourself in Aosta and want to eat good, local food!

A small but welcoming place in the center of Aosta. The staff was very kind and helpful. We ordered a menu that included a smash burger, a soft drink or water and coffee, and we were very satisfied. I was full but couldn't help but finish it. Highly recommended! The price was more than fair.
