Fantastic experience....!! Besides the cleanliness of the rooms, what stood out was the hospitality we received from day one. The waiters were wonderful, not to mention the very friendly waiter who served us breakfast. All of this was highlighted by the wonderful presence of Paola, one of the owners... a girl who is not only friendly, but full of many virtues... just talking to her takes you to another dimension..!! We left this chalet a few hours ago, and we're already disappointed. Everything is really clean, simple, and quiet. The breakfasts and dinners are truly top-notch... abundant, freshly made, homemade dishes—excellent, I'd say. The only downside is that the rooms are small and very basic. Otherwise, YOU ARE A REALLY GREAT TEAM!!!! Thanks again for everything.

This restaurant is a rare combination of exclusivity and warmth, where the freshest fish defies the altitude with superb quality. The true beating heart is Paola: an entrepreneurial woman of immense taste and beauty, capable of welcoming you with a genuine friendship that makes you feel immediately at home, despite the elite setting. An unmissable address for those who want more and seek a complete sensory experience, curated down to the last detail by an extraordinary hostess. Simply impeccable.

We spent a wonderful week at Paola and Nicola's chalet and felt welcomed from the first moment. They are kind, helpful, and truly attentive to every detail. The rooms are always clean, tidy, and meticulously maintained, all in wood with an incredibly romantic atmosphere... and HEARTS EVERYWHERE❤️ Wood carvings, paintings, lamps, curtains, mirrors: all heart-themed. I loved every single detail! You can clearly see how much Paola loves and cares for the chalet: everything is taken care of with care and passion, down to the smallest details. Balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains and Courmayeur. Outside the center, but the tranquility makes up for it. Exceptional restaurant with "Sardostan" cuisine; the owners are Sardinian and have combined traditional cuisine with Sardinian ingredients, dishes made with love. All the staff are incredibly kind! Marco is super professional. A place that smells of home and the mountains.

This is the only review with the menu! We went for the restaurant not the hotel. At chalet plan Gorret you won’t find the typical mountain menu, planty of fish dishes. Homemade bread was delicious. In general very good food but too expensive for the portion size.

Eating seafood in the mountains with flavors from around the world... Paola, an exceptional hostess, with Sardinian roots and a genuine Mediterranean flair! Fantastic company, excellent food, impeccable service. Highly recommended!!!

Exceptional welcome! The entire team is attentive to our needs, responsive, and very friendly, and trilingual. The restaurant: the best in Courmayeur! A generous à la carte breakfast with fresh products and very kind servers. Large room with efficient storage. The bedding could be improved; there's no soundproofing, but the staff makes an effort to ensure comfort. Accessibility for people with reduced mobility is available in the restaurant only. There is no elevator to the rooms. The town center is within walking distance. The road to the hotel was clear of snow. A very beautiful hike nearby. Thank you so much for everything!
