08/11/2025: What a wonderful discovery with the gourmet pass! We opted for the tasting menu at €59 per person, and frankly, it was a delightful surprise, both visually and in terms of taste. This restaurant specializes exclusively in fish and shellfish. A true culinary orgasm that I highly recommend; we will definitely be back. Thank you for this enjoyable experience.

21/09/2025: I discovered this restaurant almost by chance and was truly thrilled. The cuisine perfectly reflects the Aosta Valley tradition, with carefully prepared dishes and authentic ingredients. The Aosta Valley polenta was creamy and rich in flavor, the goulash tender and flavorful. The gnocchi with Bleu d'Aoste cheese were also truly surprising, delicate yet full of character—a dish worth the visit in itself. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, making you feel immediately at ease. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, typical of a mountain restaurant where authenticity and passion reign supreme. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and generous portions. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Aosta Valley cuisine in a family-friendly setting with a breathtaking view.

28/08/2025: The best lodge in the valley. Everything is special, from the view to the food (especially). We returned several times on the same vacation. In our opinion, the best dishes are gnocchi with Aosta blue cheese, goulash with polenta, and the Valdostana escalope. The icing on the cake is their homemade gelato. Congratulations to Seba and his wife. See you soon!

29/11/2025: The pasta was good. The guanciale in the carbonara was too fatty. The sausage in my dish had a slightly unusual taste. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our food, leaving us no time for dessert or coffee, which was a shame.

04/09/2025: The restaurant was clean, bright, and well-decorated. The waiter was very kind and professional, but the owner was a bit strange. The pasta was good and plentiful, although more attention should be paid to the quality of the ingredients because the bacon on the plate was only the fat, so I skipped it. The bread was terrible quality; if you don't want to buy it from a good baker, try breadsticks and you'll look better. Prices were average.

07/10/2025: The focus here is primarily on wine, with snacks being an afterthought. The place is busy; Enzo is obviously known in town (they greet each other), and the fact that locals stop by is a sure sign that it's good. And yes: the waiter knows what he's recommending, and the local wine, a Gewürztraminer, was really good. Value for money and friendliness: just right, and you'll enjoy coming here! Top-notch.

11/10/2025: I come here almost every week and it's one of the best Asian restaurants I've ever tried! Excellent quality ingredients, a very elegant location, super fast and efficient service. My only personal complaint: I've been coming here for almost a year and it would be nice to see something new; perhaps the selection of dishes is a bit monotonous and lacking in creativity. But I highly recommend it anyway!

22/09/2025: Four days of relaxation and great hiking in the Ayas Valley. We stayed at the Punta Zerbion, a beautiful family-run hotel located on the main road, in a clean and spacious room. Breakfast was varied, with a focus on sweets. Homemade jams and biscuits were served, as was the generous dinner, which included a vegetable buffet, a first course, a second course, and a dessert of your choice. €30 per person is a lot for half board, but the attention to detail and variety of dishes makes up for it. The icing on the cake was the pool with sauna, where you can rejuvenate after your hikes without paying any extra... something not to be taken for granted. We highly recommend this establishment.

Everything was perfect, the location, the heated indoor pool with sauna, the outdoor games for children, the indoor games room for board game evenings, the bar with an excellent Prosecco, not forgetting the restaurant which is truly excellent! And a warm welcome, a sense of service that is very pleasing! Thank you very much, the week was exceptional!
