25/08/2025: Nice place to stop if you like freshly cooked pasta dishes. We had a very nice pesto and gorgonzola primo lunch which hit the spot. The bread with the meal was so-so but that was hardly a deal-breaker. Nice and friendly service too although it helps if you speak Italian or French.

21/07/2025: Anyone passing through Aosta, whether on their way to the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, or wherever, absolutely must stop for a piadina at Paola's... not only is it the best piadina you'll ever eat, but she's also an incredible person.

03/08/2025: ....it's open at the end of September, but only until 1 pm. Warm and welcoming location. There are no lines like those of August vacationers. We also enjoyed two excellent coffees. The house panzerotti, however, were not made that day, so we didn't like them. The same goes for the focaccia...the thick one. The house torta paesana wasn't any better either. The lady who served us was kind and friendly, and we wanted to buy more in July 2025. The focaccia this year too...same bad result: dry and not made that day. I hope it's just bad luck. I recommend checking the freshness of what you buy right away. The ricotta is among the best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend it. The ice creams are also good, and you can enjoy them on the veranda if you like. Unfortunately, we didn't like the wait times due to poor coordination of orders between the various departments (bakery counter, cured meats counter, and cheese counter)... it creates long, disorderly lines... We'll return as soon as possible, building on our previous experience. Bye

29/07/2025: 70 euros for two microwaved cutlets and 3 potatoes. A 5-year-old could do better.

26/08/2025: After falling in love with their brioches (especially the apricot Danish pastry), I chose them for my wedding cake too. A delicious fruit tart that all the guests loved! Highly recommended!

11/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati per cena , di passaggio da Aosta , che fortuna aver trovato La Bottegaccia . Abbiamo assaggiato il lardo d'Arnard con le castgne al miele ( ne abbiamo preso un vaso ! ) , la carne maussad e una fonduta valdostana . La sig.ra Danila ci ha suggerito il vino La Sabla , un abbinamento perfetto ! abbiamo degustato dei patti tipici veramente da leccarsi i baffi !!!! Se passate/andta in Val d' Aosta DOVETE fermarvi a La Bottegaccia ! Grazie a Danila da Eleonora & Bruno di Trieste !

20/06/2025: Plats valdotains de qualité avec une explication de leurs ingrédients et leurs provenances, en français et avec le sourire de la patronne. Rapport qualité prix excellent. De nombreux vins de la région sont proposés. A découvrir absolument.

28/07/2025: Beautiful location across from the Roman Bridge, very good fast food menu and truly excellent daily special. Very reasonable prices and very friendly service. Ideal for a snack.

06/07/2025: I ordered a croissant with berries, the filling was very good, the problem: the dough, as soon as I took it in my hand, fell apart. However, the waiters were very polite and helpful, but there were many ants on the table

23/07/2025: The only thing that's "starred" about it is the prices. The selection is limited and rather bland, except for a few dishes. We won't be returning and we strongly advise against it. Too expensive and too obvious.

21/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante sia per cena che per pranzo. Ottimi gli affettati e squisito il lardo. Tagliatelle alla selvaggina molto buone. Polenta con blu d’Aosta e con salsiccia in umido buona. Carta dei vini vasta e di alto livello. Servizio giovane che ancora deve crescere (motivo del non 5). Prezzi in linea con la zona. Locale consigliato

02/05/2025: Ottima cena nel cuore della Val Ferret. Ampia scelta e tutto di gran qualità. Servizio ottimo e attento. Ci siamo stati più volte provando piatti diversi e davvero tutto eccellente (forse solo la polenta valdostana non riprenderei, pur buona ma la preferisco di diversa consistenza) con alcuni piatti davvero top fra cui il risotto! Salumi e formaggi buonissimi per iniziare e ampia scelta per proseguire con sempre novità fuori menù. E pranzare o cenare con montagne di neve fresca a vista o con il sole estivo della Val Ferret è impagabile

15/08/2025: A very good pizza, with various doughs and different types. Friendly and very fast staff. Prices are in line with the city... a little high... but in Cervinia everything is very expensive. The pizza, however, is very eatable.
