28/06/2025: Really nice place especially the dehors and quiet atmosphere. Very kind and helpful staff and food we tried the hamburgers and they are really excellent with the really magnificent fries. I recommend it especially in the evening because it is very cool and with a really beautiful soft light. I highly recommend it.

27/06/2025: Very welcoming place with a spacious and suggestive outdoor terrace. The staff is kind, professional and attentive to the needs of the customer. Chef Leo puts his heart into every dish he creates. Even the Hamburgers with 0 km ingredients are special! The owner is very affable and kind. Highly recommended!!!

15/07/2025: I had dinner at Trattoria Praetoria with the kids, and overall, it was not life changing. The service was okay, the waiter didn’t volunteer their best dishes dispute me asking multiple times. Just pointed to which ever ones were not pork. The ambiance is average, which is definitely ok if the food is amazing. The food was decent but nothing memorable. My kids didn’t like their pasta at all—they somehow managed to mess up plain penne with cheese, turning it into something closer to a white sauce. The waiter also got my starter order wrong, so I ended up with a whole cheese dish—not what I wanted, even though it tasted good. My main was good flavor-wise, but the portion of meat was a bit low. And I generally don’t like meat in sauce. Not a place I’d go back to but not disappointed by it either.

12/07/2025: Highly recommended. The food (I had vitello tonato and then sausages in tomato sauce) was excellent. This was complemented by an outstanding Chardonnais from the Aosta Valley. The small outdoor seating was shaded by plants. Always worth a visit to beautiful Aosta.

Everything was perfect, the location, the heated indoor pool with sauna, the outdoor games for children, the indoor games room for board game evenings, the bar with an excellent Prosecco, not forgetting the restaurant which is truly excellent! And a warm welcome, a sense of service that is very pleasing! Thank you very much, the week was exceptional!

06/08/2025: This is our second time staying at this family-run property, which draws its strength from the kindness of the owner (and staff). She's always ready to offer suggestions for excursions tailored to your needs and is attentive to your requests. The hotel is well-maintained, with a large outdoor area equipped for children and loungers for sunbathing. The sweet and savory breakfast is excellent, with freshly squeezed juices and handmade desserts. Dinner offers a varied and plentiful menu, preceded by a small buffet of appetizers and fresh vegetables.

27/07/2025: Excellent food, excellent staff. I've had lunch on the terrace where people smoke in your face: absolutely intolerable. Regulations require a minimum of two meters between tables, and it's up to people's common sense to avoid smoking others. The surrounding restaurants don't have any ashtrays on the terrace; the owner should think about that... He certainly won't lose customers if he takes the ashtrays and throws them in the trash. 17/08/2025: Very nice restaurant owner and waiters were very helpful. The foods were delicious and the portions were very good size. We will definitely visit it again..!!

06/08/2025: After visiting the Bard Fort and its exhibitions, we had an excellent lunch. Delicious appetizers. A pasta with eggplant and grated provola cheese, lemon ice cream, and a good coffee. Excellent service. I recommend it.
