27/07/2024: I stayed during this period with a friend and her daughter. We were welcomed with enthusiasm and kindness Very nice and very clean room. Abundant and succulent home cooking with peninsulas of vegetables, fruit and desserts. It was an exciting three days. Daniela, Paola, Marina.

15/06/2024: This 2024, will be the third year that we will spend a couple's holiday at the Hotel Tivet. Even though we searched, we couldn't find a negative aspect. It's all wonderful. A round of applause for the almost obsessive cleanliness, the food and the kindness. I do NOT recommend it, otherwise we would risk no longer finding a place!

26/08/2024: Questo luogo e questo locale ci è stato suggerito da amici, siamo ad ARNAD e lasciato il paese si prosegue per la frazione Machaby, qualche km in strada asfaltata in mezzo alle colline circostanti, giunti al parcheggio piccolo riservato al clienti o più avanti un grande parcheggio. Si imbocca la particolare strada in salita in mezzo al bosco per circa 1000 mt si arriva al santuario molto carino, si prosegue per altri 100 mt e troverete Lo Dzerby tra la fitta vegetazione. Gestito dalla famiglia Bonin questo semplice ma carino locale saprà accogliervi e offrirvi un piacevole pranzo o marenda serale. Piatti tipici della valle, prodotti locali e pure alcuni loro, ottimo vino di loro produzione, starete benissimo, personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Meglio prenotare in alta stagione ed in particolare nelle feste.

08/08/2024: Pleasant and bright room. It also offers outdoor seating. We got pizza. There is a lot of choice not only for flavours, but also for doughs. I can say that the pizza was top because it didn't give me any problems and I found it tasty and digestible. The waitresses were lovely. Attentive to requests and smiling. Good quality/price compromise

06/08/2024: The B&B Le Thovex already has its own recognized and rightful "notoriety" for all the positive things it can give to those who are lucky enough (I would say the skill and foresight!) to have chosen it to stay there. Our review therefore adds nothing to this "notoriety": but we want to write a few lines, so that we can at least say "We were there... and we wouldn't have wanted to leave!". The location is "strategic": away from the center [reachable in a few minutes on foot or more "lazily" by car (as we did, with convenient parking in the center)], in a very quiet, open, dominant area, with a view " regenerating” on the peaks surrounding the town. The room is a little gem. Sweet/savory breakfast, rich and well prepared (... Annalisa's cakes are now famous!). Common spaces available for relaxing moments (us, for herbal teas). Annalisa and Ruggero, with affability, naturalness, spontaneity and discretion, do not make you feel like "guests". No, at B&B Le Thovex you are not a guest, you are at home! And in fact, when we returned in the afternoon from beautiful walks in the woods or in the mountains, the canonical phrase was "Oh!... here we are home!!!" - Guido and Alessandra (Cagliari)

09/04/2024: Very spacious, clean and nice room with fridge available. Peaceful and quiet location overlooking the ski slopes. Excellent breakfast, with delicious cakes, in an environment furnished in mountain style and always clean and tidy. Corner with herbal teas included in the price. We stayed very well. Congratulations for the care of the rooms and the kindness of the owners.

30/03/2024: I've been there twice on my lunch break, always very kind and helpful, the lunch options are varied and different each time. Good quality of products and attention to waste management which is left directly to the guests of the venue. Advised!

29/03/2024: Really very nice place in the center of Aosta, perfect for a quick but tasty lunch. The environment is informal and very welcoming. There is a fixed menu with sandwiches and salads, and then the menu of the day with many different proposals: pasta, stuffed potatoes, sandwich of the day and lots of vegetables (top stuffed potatoes!). For vegetarians there is always a choice, there is also a legume burger sandwich. You sit at the table helping yourself to placemats and glasses, then the dishes are served by the always very kind staff.

15/08/2024: A pleasant discovery!! Found by chance, this restaurant, hidden in a small hamlet, offers a meat-only menu (in winter also first courses) of excellence!!

07/05/2024: Intimate, very well-kept Aosta Valley style venue. We ate some delicious meat! From the appetizer to the side dish, everything is fresh and freshly prepared. The service was also impeccable! Price appropriate to the product offered! Highly recommended

23/03/2024: I stopped for a coffee and a slice of tart (very good) the restaurant managers are friendly and very kind! Located on a plateau complete with a very suggestive lake, with the snow it was a real fairytale!

29/01/2024: On a sunny plain, after a nice walk, we stop to eat well-made polenta with sausage and vegetables, a super Valle d'Aosta appetizer with mocetta, lard, tome from the valley. Try the Rosa (sliced ​​pork), excellent, with walnut oil. Nebbiolo house wine more than decent, friendly and helpful staff, you can also pay by card.

29/08/2024: When you get up there, you're in a piece of paradise. You widen your gaze and the consistency of the air is precisely that of the mountains. Around lunchtime, scents arrive from the refuge that really make you hungry. The food is excellent, the hospitality is excellent

29/08/2024: Really beautiful place! 2400 meters surrounded by nature.. really good cuisine. I ate a special venison cut. Excellent service and very nice!!

02/09/2024: Perfect location to relax. It's a shame that most of the people who come up here, being a simple climb on a mule track, are not people who love the mountains and respect nature. I've seen it all. Friendly and polite staff, the food is good as in all refuges. It's worth the 2 hour walk also for what there is to see around.

01/09/2024: This property is located very close to Lake Combal and from here, in addition to other walks, you can reach Lake Miage on foot in about 15 minutes following an easy path. Lake Miage has undergone constant change over the years, mainly due to the excessive melting of the glaciers. Truly wonderful in the past it has slowly shrunk and unfortunately it will continue to do so. Over the last 20 years the lake has suffered a reduction of more than 50%.

14/08/2024: Great lunch! menu with a wide choice of local proposals with a touch of innovation, we tried the tasting tray of Aosta Valley dishes... truly delicious! Superb desserts! Excellent value for money, considering the quality of the raw materials. Friendly and courteous staff, modern location with references to the mountain environment.

20/08/2024: Mi sono recata per una cena con amici pensando di trovare un posto tipico valdostano. Innanzitutto tempi di attesa lunghissimi, i piatti arrivavano tutti in momenti diversi e quindi di conseguenza ognuno mangiava in solitaria. In secondo luogo il cibo di accompagnamento ( grissini, pane) erano non più freschi di giornata e dopo averlo fatto notare non è stato cambiato ma lasciato sul tavolo. In aggiunta i piatti non erano di ottima qualità ( funghi andati a male, carne dura, polenta secca come se fosse li da giorni). Porzioni poco abbondanti per alcuni piatti come la Polenta concia con carne. In conclusione con lo stesso prezzo si riesce a mangiare in un ristorante di più alta qualità con cibo fresco e territoriale e con servizio tempestivo.
