12/03/2025: Really nice Italian restaurant. Service is super good and they really take care of guests. A large outdoor grill is popular. The typical Italian dishes, like pasta and tiramisu, are super good. Happy to come again.

07/03/2025: We visited the Igloo Bar Restaurant Grill every day this week while skiing. Oh my god, the desserts made with so much love and passion - DELICIOUS - everything we tried. The owner and all of the staff were extremely friendly and we just felt wonderful. Grazie mille ! And besides the great deserts all the food was so good (great grill).

08/08/2025: Lots of hearts and scales in the decoration! You have to like it. The room isn't big and rather warm and cluttered with decor. We paid €171, which is really too expensive. Service delegated to young employees. This is not a guest room.

Maria Lorena's family welcomes you right into their home, with authentic warmth and generosity. The rooms, furnished with local materials and refined fabrics, make you feel immediately at ease. Breakfast is a small masterpiece of taste, with homemade cakes and zero-mile products from the Aosta Valley. And the location? Perfect for exploring fortresses, castles, nature, and small Alpine wonders. A romantic and rejuvenating escape, with hospitality that will win your heart.

16/08/2025: We reached the cabin after an hour of uphill walking. The location is worth it, as is the food. Paolo is super friendly, the soul of the place. Excellent food.

16/08/2025: Unfortunately, I would have gladly given it 5 stars, both for the good food and the courtesy of the owner and waitresses... BUT, I have some concerns about the bill. Having left without a receipt, we weren't able to verify what was wrong. It's a shame because everything was perfect.

27/08/2025: Exit the main road and stop for lunch at this pizzeria, which is well worth the detour. Located between a stadium and a swimming pool, you won't come for the setting, but for what's on the plate. Large, delicious and very generous pizzas, with a huge selection of toppings. A tiramisu and a panna cotta to die for, all in a very family-friendly atmosphere. The menu, composed almost entirely of pizzas, is partly translated into French (which is spoken by the server). The prices are very reasonable; between €9 and €12 for pizzas, a homemade burger at €9, desserts at €5, and coffee at €1.20. I highly recommend this pizzeria. 😋😋😋

05/04/2025: Frequento La Thuile da 20 anni, al Pepita non ero mai venuto da quando è diventato ristorante perché mi ricordava il pub messicano che c’era fino a qualche anno fa. Devo assolutamente ricredermi! Il miglior tagliere di salumi e formaggi mai assaggiato in Valle D’Aosta , agnolotti ripieni di prosciutto di sanità marcel al lemon grass eccezionali, carni di grande qualità. servizio professionale. Complimenti!

08/03/2025: We went here as a party of ten, comprising all f two families with four teens. It was very busy and we had a few minutes wait for our reserved table (which was good as some of us were running late). The one disappointment was that they did not serve pizzas in the evening, which is a little odd in an Italian restaurant that has “pizzeria” in its name! I’m not sure what the cut off time is but we were sitting down after 9:30pm. The food we did order was all very good and well received. The wine too was good quality. Recommend.

The atmosphere, with the Fénis Castle as an extraordinary backdrop, made the day perfect and evocative. The room was meticulously curated, welcoming, and ideal for such an important celebration. The staff was kind, professional, and welcoming in every detail, helping to make every guest feel at ease. An element that made the experience even more meaningful was the hotel's strong commitment to a concrete ethical project: vulnerable people work side by side with professionals, learning real skills in an authentic work environment, and actively contributing to the quality of service. It is a place where inclusion, authenticity, and hospitality blend elegantly, making every event not only beautiful but also rich in human and social value.

05/08/2025: Very nice experience. We spent one night in the quadruple room which is quite spacious for one night. The balcony with the view of the castle is a plus. The breakfast is very good. The staff is very pleasant. We really appreciated the ethical concept of this hotel where there is a good atmosphere and kindness around people with disabilities who do their job perfectly. We recommend it! 👍

01/08/2025: A hidden gastronomic gem just steps from Courmayeur In a small hamlet outside Courmayeur lies a truly special restaurant, led by a Japanese chef who masterfully blends local tradition with Eastern sophistication. Here, every dish is a discovery and a journey of flavors. We began with a combination of fresh, vibrant ingredients from the local garden, prepared to bring out every nuance. The venison fillet, cooked to perfection, was accompanied by crisp, flavorful sautéed local vegetables. The Japanese-style ravioli confirmed the chef's elegance and precision, both in technique and presentation. The highlight came with the desserts, two truly memorable creations. The first was a velvety panna cotta base, served with amarena cherries on the side and delicate cubes of mirin jelly: a perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and aroma. The second course, however, featured gelato with a unique texture and flavor—reminiscent of fior di latte, but with a more sophisticated twist—topped with a soft "leaf" made with coconut cream: a work of art. Each course confirmed a level of quality that rivals that of a Michelin-starred restaurant, all at a more than reasonable price. The wine list is carefully curated and expertly recommended, featuring excellent local labels. The menu changes frequently, which is yet another reason to return... except that we're unfortunately far from Courmayeur. If you're lucky enough to be in the area, don't miss out on this experience. You won't regret it.

18/08/2025: We went for lunch and tried the all-you-can-eat option. The atmosphere is truly beautiful, but the menu offers very little choice; all the dishes are basic, but I must say they're good. The service isn't very fast, but the waiters are friendly. Unfortunately, the dishes we ordered around 1:40 PM didn't arrive, and after waiting 40 minutes and even alerting the waiter, we had to leave without the last courses and without being fully satisfied.
