14/04/2026: Excellent for a quick lunch with really good mega sandwiches accompanied by other local dishes.

13/04/2026: I'll start by saying that the staff was incredibly kind and friendly, but paying €43 for two sandwiches, water, and a Coke, sitting outside, is truly excessive. Maybe it's because everything in the Courmayeur area is now subject to a 30% price premium... But two good, yet very simple sandwiches (duck + tomato + ham + burrata for one... ham + eggplant + I don't remember what else for the second) for €16 and €13 respectively is truly absurd. The burrata was certainly delicious... But did they use the FURTO highway instead of the main road to get it, thus increasing the cost of the monstrous highway fare? Jokes aside... Was it a mistake or did they deliberately add ingredients to two existing sandwiches, without deducting the cost of those they would have removed from the original sandwiches? (I replaced the fontina with burrata.) And the "cover charge" at the outside table at 10 PM with a cold caino (our choice, for goodness' sake)? Moral of all this... Managers have the sacrosanct right to try to make ends meet and make money, but when it comes to situations like this, decency is exceeded.

19/10/2025: The pizza is Neapolitan style and they are a bit expensive...unfortunately mine was very salty, but overall it's quite good! The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet!

07/03/2026: Incredible place! Super charming, quiet at night, tranquil, cozy got a different meaning. Very nice food and excellent music and lighting choices. Special thanks to Deborah. She is a wonderful host! I couldn't recommend this hotel more than anything else!! See you again!

24/02/2026: This hotel is full service. All you need to have a for a lovely ski holiday: ambience, quality food, good bartenders, jacuzzi and lovely interior decor. The hotel is located outskirts Cervinia town, but don’t worry - they have free shuttle to lifts or if you would like to go to town. Ludo, the owner take well care of you. We are back after 10 years ago - and he makes sure that his hotell still deliver the same nice experience. The restaurant delivers well tasty Italian food - and we even got the special Matterhorn cake - just made special for us. Breakfast is also very nice with a range of quality teas, Italian coffee, sweet, savory, eggs and bacon.

12/07/2026: A beautiful place to enjoy a delicious snack or lunch, accessible from Cort with a short, pleasant walk. The lake is stunning, as is the view of the surrounding mountains.

03/07/2026: We stopped for a short break both on the way there and on the way back. It's an excellent base for hikers. Telling you that Mont Avic Park is stunning would be an understatement... it's amazing...

13/08/2026: For those visiting Verres Castle, stop for refreshments at La Tour after your visit. Maurizio and his partner run this place, with an aperitif bar upstairs and a restaurant downstairs. Personally, I stopped in just for two good, cold red beers; I needed them after a busy day of sightseeing and the exhausting heat... Maurizio is an excellent host. He'll seat you on the pergola-covered terrace and bring you delicious appetizers to accompany your drinks! Highly recommended!

11/08/2026: On a pleasant veranda overlooking the greenery, halfway up the walk to Verrès Castle, you can enjoy delicious local dishes served with care and kindness (July 2026). My best wishes for prosperity to the new management, which I understand is composed entirely of women.

10/08/2026: I find barley coffee a small cup, costing 4 euros, excessive! Even the decaffeinated one, costing 3 euros, is a bit high for this type of establishment.

06/08/2026: Frankly, we were disappointed with our visit. We had a reservation and asked to be seated inside because it was freezing cold. The waiter told us there would be a 5-minute wait, only to return 20 minutes later and seat us... outside, nice and chilly. Then, it took ages to take our order. Tables that arrived after us were served much earlier, which wasn't very pleasant. As for the food, it was a mixed bag: the pizzas were very good, but one of the other dishes was clearly not up to standard for a restaurant of this caliber. In short, €100 for 3 courses, 3 drinks, and 3 covers, given the cold and the slow service, was definitely not worth the price.

30/03/2026: After traveling almost all over the world, this is one of the best pastry shops I've ever tried! Delicious, delicious, "dangerous" pastries! And the lady is incredibly kind.
