27/02/2026: We only had dinner, a full menu with a first course, second course, and dessert. Everything was excellent! Fast service and friendly, helpful staff. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Highly recommended.

17/10/2025: Beautiful 3-star hotel with a spa, ski storage, and various amenities. A high-quality restaurant with good food and wines. Beautiful views of the Aosta side, convenient to the slopes. Pets are welcome.

09/03/2026: Tried it for dinner. Everything was very good....a bit of a wait between each course...the place wasn't crowded...but there were several customers.... The servings are rather small...it's a shame because the price is quite high...

21/02/2026: The restaurant is elegant, but upon entering, a rather heavy odor immediately struck you. It was Saturday lunchtime, and besides us, there was only one other table for four. The menu is extensive and almost entirely seafood-oriented, making it inflexible. For those who don't like fish, the options are minimal (basically, only pasta with tomato sauce). No mussels or clams were available, except for spaghetti with cream of clams (therefore, not fresh). Even our request for simple fried calamari instead of the mixed seafood was initially rejected; only later did the owner offer us fresh calamari to fry, explaining that it wouldn't be pizza-style fried food and would cost more, when for us, it was simply a matter of simplicity. Afterward, the wait was truly long. The fried dishes arrived after about 45 minutes, and the first course (trofie with monkfish and saffron) was decent, but nothing to justify such a long wait. A sore point for children, too: gnocchi cost €8 and come in really tiny portions. Prices for fish-based entrees range between €18 and €23, starting with spaghetti with cream of clams. For us, that's a no-no.

11/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati per cena , di passaggio da Aosta , che fortuna aver trovato La Bottegaccia . Abbiamo assaggiato il lardo d'Arnard con le castgne al miele ( ne abbiamo preso un vaso ! ) , la carne maussad e una fonduta valdostana . La sig.ra Danila ci ha suggerito il vino La Sabla , un abbinamento perfetto ! abbiamo degustato dei patti tipici veramente da leccarsi i baffi !!!! Se passate/andta in Val d' Aosta DOVETE fermarvi a La Bottegaccia ! Grazie a Danila da Eleonora & Bruno di Trieste !

20/06/2025: Plats valdotains de qualité avec une explication de leurs ingrédients et leurs provenances, en français et avec le sourire de la patronne. Rapport qualité prix excellent. De nombreux vins de la région sont proposés. A découvrir absolument.

21/12/2025: Misleading Advertising Unfriendly service from the start: the waiter seemed annoyed, especially when one of us only ordered a drink. A Sunday promotion was clearly visible on the table (a free slice of cake with an app subscription). I inquired before ordering, but it was postponed until later. After dinner, having signed up for the app, I asked for the advertised service. I laughed, consulted with colleagues, and the final response was: "The promotion probably isn't active on Sundays." Ironic, considering the promotion was clearly Sunday-only. Only later did I read other reviews that reported that the promotional offers at the entrance and on the table linens were never applied. At this point, it doesn't seem like an isolated case, but rather misleading communication. A shame, because clarity and a minimum of courtesy would be enough to avoid such experiences.

08/12/2025: We've been held hostage in here for over an hour; they're probably slaughtering the cow and waiting for the bread to rise. I don't know what star to give the food; it hasn't arrived yet...

10/09/2025: Definitely a very charming, beautiful hotel, and given its layout, it's 5-star. Not so much for the overall cleanliness, especially the rooms! And since it's a 5-star hotel, you can't afford to pay for the spa or any other extras!!! I'm already paying for a 5-star hotel!

04/10/2025: Nice place and excellent food. Negative note: I made a reservation for two on Saturday night, but we ended up being the only ones there. The stove wasn't turned off, so the atmosphere was cold and the service was rather rushed, allowing them to close early. I think when I called to make a reservation the same day, they made a better impression by telling me they were closed. It's a shame because the place is worth it, both for the food and the atmosphere.

02/01/2026: For such a large restaurant, it's unacceptable that only one person is managing everything, especially considering it's high season. We (two of us) arrived at 1:20 PM after a reservation. He took our orders at 1:50 PM, including a tasting menu (€25) and a tagliata with a side dish. The tagliata (cold) and the appetizer from the menu (very poor) arrived at 2:15 PM, without the grilled vegetables, but with a dish that was completely unrelated. At 2:35 PM, the first course from the menu and the vegetables arrived. The second course arrived at 3:00 PM. Spending €53 for two people is honestly not worth it.

02/01/2026: Best pizza of my life! I had the Quattro Fromaggi pizza and it was incredible. They also had amazing meat and lots of other toppings. The service was very friendly and the desserts were delicious. If you want something really delicious, go to this restaurant. 🍕😋

17/01/2026: Petit Gourmet is a truly delightful little restaurant. The atmosphere is beautifully decorated, welcoming and pleasant, and the staff is extremely kind and attentive. I ate a truly excellent selection of cheeses, followed by polenta taragna with cheese, tasty and well-made, just like the ones they used to make. To conclude, the exceptional Sardinian tiramisu, one of the best desserts I've tasted recently. An intimate and refined place where you can enjoy a delicious and relaxing meal. Highly recommended!
