We had a very good time, the staff were friendly and quick in service. Good food, we took the tasting menu and the fondue menu, nothing to say. I found only a few à la carte options for those who are not lovers of cotechino and wild boar, I would invite you to include a few more first and second courses on the menu. The characteristic, clean and welcoming environment. I would distance the tables by removing some.

I recommend the tasting menu but especially the chestnut soup.😋😋 Good price and friendly staff.

Met through friends who were already customers, after a nice day in Gressoney, we stopped here for lunch and I really believe that now every time we go to the Aosta valley it will be our fixed stop, beautiful environment inside and out, very kind and helpful and then They were also nice and cuddly with our furry friend, thank you very much and see you soon.

Sono due anni di seguito che veniamo qui per il pranzo del primo gennaio! Ottima trattoria in una posizione strategica di ritorno dalle vacanze per il rientro verso la Liguria. Abbiamo preso una Carrellata di Salumi Valdostani ottimi. Antipasto caldo: patate di Arnad bollite, cotechino ed una selezione di formaggi, ricotta fresca con finocchietto. Poi il menù fonduta! Servita con Patate, cotechino e pezzetti di pane da immergere. Taglierini con ragù bianco di cinghiale (spettacolare!) Porzioni belle grandi! Tutto buonissimo e si spende il giusto!

Ero un po prevenuto a causa di alcune recensioni che parlavano di un peggioramento rispetto al passato. Nulla di più sbagliato. Ero prevenuto un po perché in passato ci ero stato e si mi ero trovato bene la prima volta ma poi ho trovato un locale ripetitivo con il solito menu degustazione in stile merenda. L'ultima volta poi caotico e non ben cucinato. Ma sono passati dieci anni. Prova di appello causa ristoranti della zona strapieni. Meno male. Mangiato non bene ma strabene. Tagliere di salumi come da foto per una sola persona! Tagliere di formaggi super. Ottima la pasta con ragù di cinghiale e finalmente una bistecca alla valdostana come si deve e nn rivisitata per renderla leggera. Ci tornerò altre volte per provare il resto del menu. Servizio super veloce e attento.
