Maybe it was the hunger and the time, but I found some delicious dishes (polenta concia, pork and braised meat) even with over 30* you devour them for their goodness!

Very characteristic place in Fenis near the castle, very kind and super courteous staff, we had the typical local polenta concia. I recommend it!!

We also found it after a visit to the castle. Friendly staff, excellent desserts, but the first course was ultimately poor considering the price, and the second course was good, even though the meat had a crust that looked like it was a few days old. For me, the prices are still high. La Vallée in general is, and this place in particular.

The biggest flaw is the service, with the staff not being up to par. There's no paper menu, just a blackboard with everything written on it, positioned so it's not perfectly visible from all tables. The food is good, perhaps just a little pricey for the location.

Very nice, positive atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food, clean. Prices were normal from a German perspective, as they are nowadays.

04/07/2026: We dined at this Trattoria restaurant in July 2026, a positive experience for the kindness, food, and service. The very kind owner even offered us coffee. What can I say? It's worth a try! We recommend it to anyone visiting Pollein on vacation or just passing through.
