Update ! I confirm THE pearl! A pearl in Val D'Aosta A magical place where cuisine and kindness are the rule. Go there with your eyes closed. Yes for Susanna who is very kind and very nice like the other girl. Go there for the bread; I swear you will be speechless. Go there for the food. Today we had the lamb and the pigeon.... ...exceptional. I should have taken photos...sorry it's the only thing wrong with this lunch and it's all my fault. See you soon !!!! Martin and Gabriella Ps: we went back 2 days later (yes) and I took photos there.... 17.03.2024 Here we are, having just left this absolutely wonderful restaurant, both for the kindness of everyone and the deliciousness of the food! This place is truly worth it, you will not be disappointed, in fact you will want to return. Today egg in cocotte with porcini mushrooms and then rack of lamb with citrus fruit puree. Oh well they change their menu in a week, so for those who still have time go there soon! Personally, I can't wait to discover the new surprises, which will surely be exceptional! Dishes that are very beautiful to look at and superlative in taste. Tasting the various dishes you immediately understand that the products are top quality. Very nice location, intimate and pleasant setting. Exceptional service. Highly recommended.

A cena con coppia di amici, abbiamo mangiato veramente bene. Tutto era eccezionale dal servizio alla presentazione del cibo e al cibo stesso. Risotto mantecato di zucca favoloso. Il mocamisu un’esperienza!

Già, cena con i fiocchi, sia perché cadeva qualche fiocco di neve, sia perché è stata un'ottima cena. Abbiamo iniziato con tre delizie particolari offerte dallo chef, abbiamo proseguito con un ottimo risotto con osso buco, per finire con un tagliere di 4 formaggi ed una porzione di polpo altrettanto ottimo. Vino ed acqua per accompagnare. Personale preparato e cortese. Prezzi? Un po' più alti, è vero,ma meritati

Una sosta perfetta. Servizio attento e cortese. Tutti buoni i piatti assaggiati ma una menzione speciale per i ravioli del plin ripieni di faraona e per il risotto al blu d'Aosta cavolo nero e boudin. Ritorneremo
