04/09/2025: Excellent bakery with good pastries. They make excellent sandwiches filled with cheeses and/or cured meats.

05/07/2025: Good morning I pass in front of this bakery and I stop to get breakfast I look at the brioches I see the prices €1.5 ok so I take 4 brioches and 2 rolls (turtles) €9.65 😱 go there I say and ask for explanations the Shop assistant tells me the 3 of 4 cost more but there is no price displayed we forgot the tag I ask for the price of the brioches and they tell me that the price is that one and that's it 😡 oh well thanks for the kindness and availability towards customers a place where I will never go back again So if you go shopping be careful of the prices especially if you are tourists

29/08/2025: From the reviews I read, my expectations were high. The pizza was okay, and the beer was also okay. The place is a little dated. The price was really great.

21/08/2025: Everything was great! The staff were very welcoming and courteous. Service was quick and the dishes were well-prepared. I recommend the Tyrolean spaetzle and the spaghetti.

23/10/2025: The rooms are fine, generally clean, but moderately well-maintained and rather noisy. The hosts are extremely friendly, and the breakfast was very good. The half-board dinners, the first courses, were first-class. The main courses were mediocre, and the desserts weren't good at all. Overall, we found it simply too expensive for the overall package. Hence, only three stars from me. We strongly recommend eating à la carte instead. The prices are quite high, for which I have no immediate explanation.

01/11/2025: Nice place, uncertain service, and long waits. The €17 platter was very cheap; the sliced ​​meat was good, but the portion was small. The strudel was promised and then denied after over an hour, with no alternatives or apologies. Interesting dishes, but the management and consistency between prices, portions, and service need to be reconsidered. ————— Ambience Nice, well-kept, and pleasant place. After a few rounds of busy restaurants, we settled in with a good feeling. Welcome & Service Very young waitress. Once seated, we waited several minutes before receiving the menu. Meanwhile, we heard some complaints in the dining room and witnessed a customer explicitly requesting a replacement dish, while the waitress initially refused to comment. Communication seemed uncertain. Food • Mixed cheese platter (€17): a small plate with a small container of jam arrived. The flavors were good, but the portion was small for the price. Suggestion: increase the portion size or reduce the price. • Sliced ​​beef with lard and parmesan shavings: good in flavor and cooking; again, the portion is a bit small, but overall pleasant. Dessert & Timing When the waitress asks about coffee, we ask if there are any desserts: the choice is between tart and strudel. We opt for the strudel. After about half an hour, with the place almost emptying and the waitress seemingly avoiding us, we ask for an update: "They're making it." About 1 hour and 15 minutes pass, and with the room almost empty, we're informed that the strudel will no longer be served. No alternatives are offered, no courtesy (e.g., another dessert, liqueur, coffee). Bill Prices are not out of line, but in several respects they are not in line with the portions and the overall experience. Conclusion (constructive) The basics are there (pleasant atmosphere, tasty dishes), but a decisive change in attitude is needed: • clear and timely communication regarding wait times and dessert availability, • consistency between the menu and what actually comes out of the kitchen, • more balanced portions/prices, • training and support for the dining room staff to handle requests and unexpected events. We felt like we were treated like passing tourists: no alternative offered after a 1.5-hour wait for dessert is hard to justify. It's a shame: with a few small adjustments, it could be a good place, but for now, the experience remains disappointing.

08/11/2025: My favorite must-visit every time I hike in the beautiful Val di Fassa. A welcoming and spotlessly clean place, exquisite products, and impeccable service! Kudos to the owners for their professionalism, kindness, and friendliness!!!! Highly recommended!!!!! See you soon!

30/11/2025: Terrible! Today, November 30, 2025, at 10:00 PM, I went to the drive-through to order. I activated the coupon and scanned it, only to be told the fries were out and they couldn't replace them with anything else. I would have had to pay for the sandwich and drink separately. They would have cost more than the coupon itself! I asked if they could give me the menu without fries, but they refused. You can't run out of fries on a Sunday night, and above all, don't put up a sign at the start of the drive-through that would save you a lot of hassle... 0 stars, absolutely.

02/08/2025: Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, tutto molto buono, piatti tipici e prodotti biologici direttamente nell'azienda agricola. Consiglio in particolare la polenta con il manzo e il rotolo di patate con spinaci e ricotta. Il tagliere misto è molto abbondante, noi lo abbiamo condiviso in 5, considerando che le portate principali sono abbastanza ricche

25/07/2025: Nel paesino di Giustino potrete trovare uno dei locali tipici della tradizione trentina: si tratta dell'agritur La Trisa (la 'trisa' è il mestolo in legno utilizzato per mescolare la polenta).Appena entrati verrete accolti da un ambiente rustico e ospitale, dominato dal legno e da decorazioni di montagna: una stube, quadri con scene di vita di valle e soprattutto dei bei campanacci.Vi racconto cosa abbiamo mangiato, per farvi venire un po' d'acquolina: un antipasto di salumi e formaggi locali, accompagnato da sottolio; un tris di primi (canederli, gnocchi agli spinaci e un morbidissimo rotolo alla trentina); salsicce, spezzatino, formaggio fuso, carne salada, accompagnati dal piatto simbolo della casa, la polenta. Per il dessert non abbiamo resistito a provare lo yogurt: il primo da agricoltura biologica in Trentino. Anche la carne proviene da allevamento proprio.
