26/07/2026: A typical restaurant, but not only in Predazzo. A bit out of the way from the center, it's furnished in a modern yet typically mountain style, with lots of wood, including the tables. Very well-maintained, with top-notch restrooms. Very friendly staff, both the owner and the staff. Traditional Trentino dishes: try the venison and raspberry carpaccio, the charcuterie and cheese platter with potato tarts, and among the first courses are the tagliatelle with game, the dumplings in broth, and the risotto with Teroldego wine and fondue. Among the desserts, the Bavarian cream with berries stands out.

26/07/2026: We only had three starters and three desserts. I recommend trying them. The portions are good and generous. The staff is very kind and efficient.
