22/08/2025: Terrible service, arrogant sales assistant, 15€ for 4 chocolate apricots... very normal quality of chocolate, the only thing you could taste was the sugar, almost inedible

17/08/2025: It's impossible that we still haven't figured out that when they make you ice cream, you should pick up the cone with a napkin, not your hands. But does it take so long to understand that people are disgusted by eating a cone that's been touched with hands that may have just touched money or something else?

05/07/2025: I stayed in this hotel during the school camp organized by the London School, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Clean rooms, kind and always helpful staff, good and abundant food. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every detail contributed to making this experience unique. I thank all the staff for their patience, smiles and availability. I will return home with many beautiful memories - friends, emotions ... and also with a lot of nostalgia. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart

29/06/2025: We came for a vacation, they welcomed us very well, kind and helpful staff, great variety of dishes and everything delicious. Clean room, spacious and with a nice view. Excellent entertainment!

06/09/2025: The place is beautiful, we were here a year ago and we were thrilled. Now we didn't like the restaurant at all, the service was not pleasant and even forgot about us twice... without an apology. The food was also much worse than last year, smaller portions and not very good quality of seafood. Unfortunately, given yesterday's experience, we can't recommend it. 😕 The only thing that is great is the tiramisu!

13/05/2025: Terrible Indian or Pakistani waiter, he brought me the spritz literally with 3 ice cubes once I asked his boss for the ice again and came back to me telling me the spritz is drunk like this and left, calling him back I explained to him that the spritz is drunk with a glass full of ice and he told me you drink it like this, he didn't even accept the advice. 06/04/2025: Soggiornare al rifugio è una esperienza molto piacevole. Stanze accoglienti e calde. Bellissima terrazza panoramica riservata per la merenda del pomeriggio. Tramonto spettacolare. Cena ottima.

19/08/2025: When we come to Polsa we often come here. Although the food is ok, service is "so so". This morning we came to have breakfast and sadly enough my son and I were looking for a trash can in the outdoor eating space. None in sight. We actually noticed how much trash was left on the sides of the propriety. Sad to see for an immaculate are as such. And this is not the only time we noticed this. It seems though, this is a reoccurring event and noticeable and typical in many places in Italy: no trash bins available. Would be to sad to leave photos

12/08/2025: This restaurant/pizzeria is located along the Emerald Lake and offers both pizzas and traditional Trentino dishes. We had the pizzas, which were very good. The service is quick and, above all, very friendly. I recommend booking. Prices are average.

12/08/2025: This restaurant is right on Emerald Lake, a safe bet if you're taking a stroll along the lake. Authentic food, fast and attentive service, and reasonable prices. We loved the traditional interior, the flavors of the food, and the kindness of the staff. Worth a visit if you're in the area!

17/08/2025: It's sad to hear anyone criticize this shop, as the food is exquisite and it's obvious that the prices aren't exactly cheap, but that's because the ingredients they use are top-quality and the costs are very reasonable. Anyway, well done!!!

05/08/2025: Honest, no-frills cuisine, centered around ingredients from the adjoining takeout menu. The quality/price ratio is among the best in Lerici. I recommend the anchovies in all four dishes. ;-)
