La Segosta In Malè

I'll start by saying I'm reviewing the restaurant, not the hotel, whose services I didn't use. As soon as I entered, since it was my first time, I was immediately struck by the very welcoming, typically mountain-style, and elegant decor. We opted for the pizzas; they were thin, just the way I like them, and the dough was very good. The service was very friendly and professional; we had a truly wonderful time. Very little waiting. The prices were absolutely average. I will definitely return, and if you're in Malè, I highly recommend this place. Excellent!

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, excellent pizza, currently one of the best in Val di Sole. Excellent ingredients and attention to detail (e.g., crispy pancetta). The pizza is also very easy to digest with a thin crust. The Radler could be improved.

I had the pleasure of dining in the hotel restaurant, and it was a wonderful surprise. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, atmospheric, and very relaxing. The service is excellent: the staff are highly trained and competent, kind, and extremely attentive to the customer's needs. The cuisine is excellent: I had marinated trout cubes as an appetizer; the meat was firm, flavorful, yet very balanced. The marinade was fragrant, yet not overpowering. It was truly an excellent starter. I then opted for venison stew with polenta and mushrooms. The meat was very tender, succulent, and rich in a creamy sauce. The polenta was well-cooked, firm, and fragrant. Finally, the mushrooms were perfectly cooked, with each type retaining its own texture and flavor. An excellent, very balanced dish. The wine cellar is particularly well-stocked, offering alternatives from other regions, not just local wines. Excellent value. I've been coming to Malé and Val di Sole for at least fifteen years, and I must say I've finally found a high-end restaurant where the customer is truly welcomed and put at the center of the service (something that's not always a given and is often overlooked in other establishments). I'll definitely be back.
