We ate two simple dishes: pappardelle with game ragu and pork chop with potatoes. The food was good, but nothing special. As well as the place and the service: normal, nothing special.

Stop with the family during the Carnival holidays. At Fogolar the cuisine is typical Trentino. Excellent cured meats and cheeses found on the platters. The grill is plentiful and delicious as is the cheek. You won't be disappointed. The staff were really kind and attentive.

In this restaurant you will find a somewhat old-fashioned and small environment. As for the dishes, however, completely satisfied: from the fogolar platter with artisanal and very good cured meats and cheeses, the soft meat of the second courses which recalls traditional flavours; all with a fairly modern and nice presentation. Welcoming and helpful service

Andati a cena, tagliatelle di grano saraceno funghi, crudo, fichi e tagliatelle al pino mugo con pesto di menta e finferli, molto apprezzati! Consigliato anche per alternative veg! Buonissimi anche i tortini caldi con gelato e frutti di bosco!

Presi due piatti unici ed un guanciale di manzo. I piatti unici sono abbondanti ed offrono un assaggio della cucina locale. Se vogliamo fare un appunto.... qualche porcino nel misto funghi sarebbe stato apprezzato. Qualità più che apprezzabile e prezzi non economici specie per il vino liquoroso d'accompagnamento ai dolci. Vino delle casa senza lode e senza infamia. Buoni i dolci.

siamo tornati dopo qualche anno e riconfermo... è uno dei migliori ristoranti di folgaria e dintorni... posizione centrale cibo di ottima qualita' , qualita' prezzo buona e servizio impeccabile, piatti tipici.. ci tornero' sicuramente

22/03/2024: We had excellent service, we also had advice on the selection of wine, of which there is an abundance. The food was excellent - we had carpaccio, pasta and steak (filetto di manzo prime). And as a dessert, a chocolate sphere covered with a warm raspberry topping and ice cream in the middle (sfera di cioccolato). It was a beautiful evening. It is advisable to make a reservation, during our visit the restaurant was almost fully occupied. Thank you 👍
