Ottiolmo is a well-run restaurant, the food is very good!

A mid-November getaway with a traditional dinner in a restaurant where you can breathe in the mountain air. Reservations recommended; the staff are friendly and welcoming. Excellent dishes. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, the food was always hot, and the coffee was delicious. Plus, there were two brunettes waiting on the tables, one with glasses, kind and quick, and the other, also brunette, without glasses, extraordinary, always smiling at everyone at the table and always equally quick to serve, and she's also beautiful. Maybe she's from the South 💚💪 GT driver

The rib steak was good, I ate outside on the street and didn't have the chance to see the place.

Excellent lunch, a lovely little place in the heart of the historic center, well-cooked and fresh food, friendly and helpful service. A meal we'll definitely return to.

To escape the traffic on our way back from vacation, we took a detour. Looking for somewhere to eat, attracted by the name and the familiar hustle and bustle, I booked a table. What can I say? Excellent food, accompanied by polite and courteous service, not to mention the excellent value for money. I highly recommend it if you're passing through Folgaria.

Located on the main street of Folgaria, this informal restaurant has slightly dated but typically Trentino decor. We had excellent ravioli, pasta that was a bit thick but good, and then tasty cooked salted meat with polenta and beans, which was also good. The service was average. On a negative note, the bill, considering 1/4 of a glass of wine (€6) and a €3 cover charge per person, with a paper tablecloth and napkins and frozen bread.

Mi sono recato in questo locale assieme alla mia famiglia durante la nostra vacanza a Folgaria. La trattoria si trova proprio nel corso principale del paese ed e' allestita nel puro spirito della tradizione trentina. Il personale e' sempre molto gentile e disponibile, la qualita' della cucina poi e' indiscutibilmente elevata. Tra i primi consiglio a tutti di provare l'eccezionale Degustazione di Tortelli, un assaggio di tutti i tipici tortelli trentini con sapori d'ogni gusto, piatto davvero squisito. Tra i secondi ottimo il Capriolo servito con Polenta di Storo ma altrettanto consigliato l'eccezionale Fegato alla Veneziana con le cipolle, una vera squisitezza. Come dessert immancabile lo Strudel, semplicemente fenomenale. Innaffiate il tutto con dell'ottimo Teroldego locale oppure del Prosecco e passerete senza dubbio una fantastica serata. Prezzi modici e qualita' assicurata: assolutamente consigliato !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Situato in pieno centro e ben visibile, il locale con arredo minimale e un po’ datato, servizio molto buono e veloce, la cucina ci è piaciuta con buoni piatti tipici locali, unico neo qualche voce nel prezzo leggermente sopra la media come il coperto a 3,00 euro a persona.
