Trattoria Spectacular A very nice place, excellent and refined food in its Trentino tradition. Highly recommended. The owner is crazy as a horse and makes everything perfect.

The food was very good; I had venison, polenta, and mushrooms. The dessert of the day was superb, a walnut and fig tart. When it's hot, it's a bit cramped because the place is a bit cramped. The staff was very friendly.

Aside from the rainy day, we went to celebrate our first wedding anniversary in this beautiful restaurant on Corso, created from an old cellar with internal vaults. The place is well-kept inside and offers a warm welcome. We had lunch with a good local appetizer and an excellent second course, drinking an excellent local Teroldego, to celebrate our first wedding anniversary! Congratulations, we will return next time.

A small restaurant on Folgaria's main street. A real discovery. The atmosphere is small, warm, and welcoming, and the staff are excellent. The food is excellent (gnocchi, pappardelle, game, etc.). Highly recommended.

09/08/2026: Exceptional experience! We had excellent mushroom risotto and also mushrooms with polenta. Everything was excellent. But special mention goes to the homemade desserts. The apple strudel was the best I've ever had, as was the semifreddo with amaretti biscuits and berries, and the black truffle that my family had. Very friendly staff, and the place was very cute and clean.
09/08/2026: Nice place, the big surprise was trying a really good pizza with quality ingredients, even though it's not exactly the local dish! We tried it precisely because of the pizza's good reputation, but the mushroom risotto was also excellent.

07/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, quality dishes. Prices are slightly higher but in line with the area. Convenient parking. Excellent service, and the place is truly comfortable and welcoming.
