Craft brewery where the owner's passion is visible and perceptible, the visit and explanation very pleasant, the beer is delicious

It's a true production brewery; they don't have a bar or restaurant, but you can sample their products for later purchase. The actual restaurant is located in their restaurant in Fiera di Primiero (where I later ate). After a hike to the little church of San Silvestro, we were looking for refreshments, and they "served" a beer. We were welcomed by Fabio, who, in a special setting smelling of cereals, passionately described to us what was done in the brewery. I hope to have the opportunity to take a guided tour in the next few days. The beers, obviously, are top-notch.

We visited this craft brewery thanks to the tasting organized by the Hotel Mirabello. I'd like to take a moment to compliment Fabio, the owner: besides being very talented, you can sense his passion for beer and his work. He puts so much passion into it, and the results are amazing. The beers are truly excellent, of the highest quality, delicious, and fragrant.
