21/06/2025: A quaint little restaurant with super delicious food. Mom really still cooks here, and the food is simply delicious. If you're in Monteverdi, you should definitely eat there.

28/04/2025: L'esperienza mia e della mia amica alla Trattoria Sant'Omobono è stata a dir poco superlativa. Siamo stati trattati benissimo dal cameriere Nicolò che si è preso cura di noi durante tutta la serata. Il cibo era squisito e la vista sulla cucina da una finestrella era qualcosa di poetico e caratteristico. È stato un piacere per gli occhi vedere i nostri piatti preparati con così tanto amore. Il posto non sarà molto capiente ma mangiare in un ambiente così intimo è solo che positivo a mio parere. Da provare assolutamente se si visita Pisa. Grazie ancora a chi ci lavora, in particolare a Nicolò🫶🏻 Ps cucina ovviamente tradizionale

18/04/2025: Este restaurante aparece en varias listas de 'los mejores restaurantes de Pisa', pero es difícil ver por qué. Es tradicional pero también muy básico. Esto no quiere decir que sea malo, pero si usted está buscando algo más que una comida barata, 'satisfactoria', yo buscaría en otro lugar. No hay carta de vinos, hay un menú corto para la comida, y la comida en sí está "bien", pero nada especial. El precio sin embargo es muy bueno, así que si usted está buscando una cena asequible, este es el lugar!

02/06/2025: Tourist trap. Friendly service and great location, right under the cathedral, but terrible food: fried food and frozen pasta sauces, tiny portions. The only positive note is the wine, which however is not their own production. Terrible experience.

02/06/2025: Exceptional restaurant, the location where it is located is wonderful in the square and also with an extraordinary panorama behind. Really super welcome, delicious dishes, everyone nice and very kind and fast and exceptional service Highly recommended!

02/06/2025: €10 for a full day. Fast wifi, friendly staff, clean place, great food and reasonable prices considering the location. If you are looking for a working space in the area, highly recommended!

31/05/2025: They refused to serve me with my five-month-old daughter (she was completely calm, playing in the stroller). After a long wait, when I asked the waitress, she told me that she would serve other tables.

08/06/2025: Highly not recommended!! We went to eat with our family and we were very disappointed by the experience! After ordering we had to wait more than an hour for the appetizers and after asking how long we still had to wait we were told that the order had been forgotten - how can you not notice that a table has not been served and has been waiting for more than an hour?? After that the situation did not improve: even with the main course they forgot to bring some side dishes! Furthermore the pork grill was not even cooked to perfection!!

29/05/2025: Visited 1/2 hour before at 2:30 But showed no problem with us ordering lunch. Food was traditional and delicious. I had a seafood dish. Did not recognise the little things but tasty all the same. Lovely friendly server, little English, but no matter. We had nice desert and good coffee. My wife had Pici pasta and octopus ragout. Another tasty dish. Highly recommended.

01/06/2025: Family dinner, we ate the pizza which was excellent with fresh ingredients and the homemade dessert. I would go back and I recommend it also for the kindness of the waiters, courteous and professional. In addition, inside it is a really nice place.

13/05/2025: Di gran lunga la miglior pizza della provincia. Dal sapore, alla digeribilità, agli abbinamenti sempre nuovi. Si distinguono dalla massa perché la pizza è una pizza diversa da tutte le pizze che vengono proposte nei dintorni... Ogni settimana troviamo una nuova pizza stagionale. Ambiente molto curato e moderno Sono aperti solo a cena, il giorno di chiusura è il lunedì.

13/06/2025: Incredibly slow and unfriendly service, we had to wait 25 minutes for draft beers, with no other guests besides us, and 4 staff "working" in the pizzeria... They managed to assemble the pizzas (7 in total) in 1 hour... the quality of the food was okay, but we were disappointed with the place. What would have happened if there had been guests at every table.

16/03/2025: I had graduation dinner with my friends. The food was very good, the starters were really plentiful and varied, and the first courses especially the lasagna, delicious. Their sangria is also very good. The intimate and welcoming environment, there were 11 of us but it can accommodate many more people, and you have the entire room at your disposal. Finally the lady who served us from start to finish, very nice. Very good value for money, I really recommend this place for events such as graduations, birthdays or other events.

25/02/2025: The best carbonara in Pisa! In many restaurants I have encountered oversalting, but here everything was perfectly balanced. The lovely old lady who runs the place told me that they prepare the pancetta themselves - maybe that's why the taste was so unique! The place is very spacious and cozy, I highly recommend it
