24/10/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic place almost by chance, and I must say it was a delightful surprise. The restaurant is small, but impeccably maintained and managed. The menu isn't extensive, but each dish is carefully crafted and carefully crafted: there are options for all tastes—vegan, meat, and fish.
A special mention goes to the crostone, truly exquisite!
The wine selection is also excellent, varied and high-quality, perfect for pairing with the dishes.
The service deserves special mention: friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. You can immediately sense their passion and love for their work.
Thank you so much for the wonderful experience—I'll definitely be back!

01/01/2026: A 20-minute wait for a simple prosecco that I never ordered!
The only thing that was quick: payment, which was done immediately.
Just one waitress to handle everything. In the end, I left without consuming anything.
Before expanding the business with lunches, it would be better to hire more staff, because the service is currently inadequate.

02/02/2026: A pleasantly dated restaurant. The owner is friendly and helpful. It was a busy Sunday lunch. Service was slow, and the kitchen was struggling (we were right in front of the food delivery service). The pasta, ordered very al dente, arrived a bit overcooked (it's a shame it was precooked, too). The penne pasta wasn't suited to the sauce, and was a bit bland, but still not bad. The appetizers and fried seafood were good; the squid and shrimp were a bit greasy and undercooked, and a little paper towel would have been nice. The desserts were good, and the punch was excellent. Reasonable prices. Overall, a decent restaurant worth trying again, perhaps for dinner during the summer, midweek, when it's less crowded.
02/02/2026: What can I say, the chef is a real fisherman and his wife treats you like you're at home. We'll definitely be back.

25/10/2025: I went there for a graduation party one fall evening. The place was very nice inside, and it looked nice outside too, but it was raining, so we didn't go out. Good food and good service, nothing to complain about.
12/10/2025: I travel frequently for work from Sardinia to the Valdera area. And I absolutely cannot miss this irresistible encounter with the Antico Molino. Every time I enter this wonderful Tuscan farmhouse, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, every time I'm greeted by the owners with hospitality that is nothing short of familiar, and every time I sample each of their dishes, both on and off the menu, I feel like I'm living in a book of poetry. And every time I compare this restaurant to the many others I frequent, I realize that it's only here that I feel the immense desire to return. Well done! If it were possible, I'd give you 10 stars.

If you're in Pisa, you can't miss eating here!
The wonderful and lively Simona will welcome you and make you feel immediately at home. I discovered her thanks to a recommendation from Pisan friends. When I arrived, there was no room, and it seemed like there shouldn't be, but something told me "wait"... I waited, and it was worth it. As I was saying, Simona is super lively; her cuisine is authentic, sincere, and excellent... flavorful and just the right amount! You'll leave full and satisfied!
I ate divinely, felt at home, and had a wonderful time... so much so that I went for lunch (appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert) and returned for dinner!!!

28/04/2025: L'esperienza mia e della mia amica alla Trattoria Sant'Omobono è stata a dir poco superlativa. Siamo stati trattati benissimo dal cameriere Nicolò che si è preso cura di noi durante tutta la serata. Il cibo era squisito e la vista sulla cucina da una finestrella era qualcosa di poetico e caratteristico. È stato un piacere per gli occhi vedere i nostri piatti preparati con così tanto amore. Il posto non sarà molto capiente ma mangiare in un ambiente così intimo è solo che positivo a mio parere. Da provare assolutamente se si visita Pisa. Grazie ancora a chi ci lavora, in particolare a Nicolò🫶🏻

18/04/2025: Este restaurante aparece en varias listas de 'los mejores restaurantes de Pisa', pero es difícil ver por qué. Es tradicional pero también muy básico. Esto no quiere decir que sea malo, pero si usted está buscando algo más que una comida barata, 'satisfactoria', yo buscaría en otro lugar. No hay carta de vinos, hay un menú corto para la comida, y la comida en sí está "bien", pero nada especial. El precio sin embargo es muy bueno, así que si usted está buscando una cena asequible, este es el lugar!

06/06/2025: Mein Lieblingsrestaurant seit 1981 - mit 5 war ich zum ersten Mal in der damals ganz neuen Trattoria, die sich im Laufe der Jahre zu einem hervorragenden Restaurant mit lokaler Küche entwickelt hat.
Es gibt keine „Spielereien“ sondern das pure Geschmackserlebnis aus besten lokalen Zutaten.
Und alles hält die wunderbare Irma zusammen. Der gute Geist und die umsichtige Chefin.

24/02/2026: I don't recommend it. I went there last summer with my family when we were visiting Pisa, but the service was terrible. I only stayed because the kids were starving and we were far from home...
22/02/2026: The pizza is delicious, and the cecina is simply amazing. Service is fast, and you can eat both inside and outside. The only negative is that some (but not all) of the staff are... a little more smile wouldn't hurt.

10/03/2026: Super positive experience! Ancient grain dough, superb pizza! The tomato sauce was also good. You can reheat any leftover pizza the next day and it's as good as freshly made! The waitress was kind and very good! My only complaint is that I'd install a dehumidifier in the basement, because as soon as you go downstairs, you can feel a bit heavy and humid, but that's just a minor detail! Well done guys, keep it up! You've gained a new customer! Top! 🔝

The girl who served us deserves heartfelt compliments, especially for her smile, a very kind and friendly person. We'll be back.
