La Cerbana In Pisa

We celebrated December 30-31 here and what I can say is that we had a wonderful time!!! Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, AMAZING food, clean and warm rooms, very young and truly competent staff who were attentive to our every need. Highly recommended!!

Small but familiar atmosphere, well organized service, good food

Classic RUSTIC restaurant. Excellent raw material quality. The first courses with truffles are excellent. The portions are excellent and well calculated. They certainly know what they're doing in the kitchen! Also good at service. The look of the place which is quite "retro" would need to be reviewed. Surely the two brothers will know how to change gear even in appearance!

Simple but hospitable place (we ate at the restaurant two evenings in a row and they made us feel at home). Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cuisine. I advise

This wonderful typical family-run Agriturismo in the Tuscan countryside of Palaia - between Pisa and Volferra - was such a pleasant surprise! We stayed here for work (film crew) in the hottest days of August 2023. The value is exceptional as we paid a bargain for simple but spotless, comfortable, large and well equipped accommodations, wonderful home made meals (the locals come here to eat too) and for having a pool and beautiful grounds available in such hot days. Slept like a baby regardless the heat (screens on the large windows and top rooms had AC.) The staff is amazing, starting with wonderful Gabriella, our host, who was always available for any help needed (we ended up casting her for a small but important role and she aced it!). Daria and the other ladies working there always had smiles and lovely conversation ready. The kitchen staff who pleased us every night with homely and delicious typical meals. Highly recommended!
