17/05/2025: La fama del locale on supera la sincerita' dei piatti gustati. Eccellenti gli soaghetti al pinolo. Buoni i secondi terra, testeremo il pesce...buonissima la torta coi bischeri.

18/04/2025: Che dire di Baffino, vero mito della ristorazione storica e pietra miliare dal 1966. Veramente meta irrinunciabile del mangiar bene, questo ristorante vecchio stampo è un vero angolo di paradiso. Fantastico a partire dal servizio gentilissimo e professionale del Signor Antonio e di tutti i ragazzi, potrete deliziarvi con piatti freschissimi sia di terra che di mare, sapientemente cucinati al momento e pronti a farvi impazzire di genuinità (palati più esigenti compresi). Gli antipasti sempre gustosissimi e fragranti, i primi della tradizione veramente irrinunciabili e spettacolari (linguine al pinolo, tortelli ripieni di ricotta e spinaci al ragù da urlo e molti altri primi della tradizione di terra e di mare) fino agli abbondanti secondi a base di carne buonissima (indimenticabile lo storico cinghiale in umido con le olive), pesce, verdure, tutte veramente portate buonissime (persino i contorni come le patatine fritte sono veramente buone), con ampia scelta di dolci(come se tutto questo non bastasse) tradizionali e fragranti (torta di semolino con marasche, l'irrimunciabile torta co' i bischeri della tradizione locale ecc ecc), il tutto accompagnato da buoni vini della casa. Impossibile trovare aspetti negativi se oltretutto si può concludere con il tipico poncino, una loro squisitezza acquistabile anche in loco. Cenare qui è in definitiva una delle esperienze più genuine da farsi negli immediati dintorni di Pisa (raggiungibilissimo dal litorale, da Livorno come anche da ogni città vicina data la vicinanza del casello autostradale di Pisa Centro): Baffino è sicuramente uno fra qui ristoranti del cuore che valgono davvero il viaggio. Consiglio di prenotare con un certo anticipo: dato l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e dato il fatto che il ristorante è veramente ambito per svariate situazioni (da cene intime a compleanni - infatti sono bravissimi anche a gestire grandi gruppi e grazie alla loro bravura e ottima cucina sono riusciti a farmi passare uno fra i compleanni più riusciti che abbia mai festeggiato), in definitiva i più che meritati complimenti a Antonio, Alessandro e a tutto lo staff di Baffino di questa vera e propria "istituzione del mangiar bene" che sfida il tempo, fedele ai suoi principi squisiti. Bravissimi tutti, grazie ancora di cuore, i più cari complimenti e...a prestissimo!

12/08/2025: We said if they are fast and have good pizza they get 5 stars. But the octopus was also very good, the staff was friendly and could even speak one word in our language. Only they should pay more attention to their toilet, but it could not loose them one star.

05/07/2025: I came for lunch with my girlfriend, impeccable service especially the brunette waitress named Sofia, very friendly and smiling. We also thank all the rest of the staff, excellent and abundant dishes. We spent a day and an experience definitely to be repeated.

08/08/2025: I came to eat at this restaurant with my wife a few weeks ago. The food was excellent, as was the atmosphere. The only flaw was the staff (just one guy). A short, dark-haired Italian guy looked at me with an annoyed expression when I asked, "Could I have some teriyaki sauce?" and whispered in a low voice, insulting me. I kept quiet, but it seemed like a huge lack of respect.

Qualche sera fa ci siamo fermati a prendere un gelato e una mia amica ha chiesto una crepes, la ragazza che era dietro al banco si è allontanata per andarla a preparare e parlando con la sua collega ha mandato a queI paese la mia amica e ha detto siPUÒ CHIEDERE UNA CREPES A MEZZANOTTE?Molto infastidita e sbuffando. Io che ero dall altra parte del bancone ho visto tutto la scena e sinceramente ho trovato la ragazza per niente professionale. Vorrei ricordare che noi abbiamo pagato per il servizio, se non aveva voglia di lavorare poteva anche starsene a casa sua! Magari da oggi in poi ci penseremo due volte prima di entrare in questa gelateria. Peccato perché il gelato ci piaceva molto.

28/04/2025: L'esperienza mia e della mia amica alla Trattoria Sant'Omobono è stata a dir poco superlativa. Siamo stati trattati benissimo dal cameriere Nicolò che si è preso cura di noi durante tutta la serata. Il cibo era squisito e la vista sulla cucina da una finestrella era qualcosa di poetico e caratteristico. È stato un piacere per gli occhi vedere i nostri piatti preparati con così tanto amore. Il posto non sarà molto capiente ma mangiare in un ambiente così intimo è solo che positivo a mio parere. Da provare assolutamente se si visita Pisa. 18/04/2025: Este restaurante aparece en varias listas de 'los mejores restaurantes de Pisa', pero es difícil ver por qué. Es tradicional pero también muy básico. Esto no quiere decir que sea malo, pero si usted está buscando algo más que una comida barata, 'satisfactoria', yo buscaría en otro lugar. No hay carta de vinos, hay un menú corto para la comida, y la comida en sí está "bien", pero nada especial. El precio sin embargo es muy bueno, así que si usted está buscando una cena asequible, este es el lugar!

02/08/2025: It's important to read this comment! I was here to pick up a takeout pizza. The pizza was good, the waitresses were kind. I only stayed 10 minutes and couldn't stand the way the pizza chef interacts with the waitresses. He calls them, sneers, snaps his fingers, and whistles to let them know the pizzas are ready. Even worse, all this happened right before the eyes of the owner, who remained indifferent to the situation (probably because it's part of the routine). It's a very serious matter to remain indifferent in the face of discrimination, mobbing, and repeated mistreatment by employees (especially toward the waitresses, who sometimes appeared intimidated). Let's remember that violence isn't just physical. I hope this comment reaches the owner and that the situation changes quickly, because in 2025, these incidents can no longer be tolerated.
