13/08/2024: Every now and then I stop by for coffee and cigarettes Very cute

01/07/2024: First frozen pizza in Italy. Avoid. Spaghetti Pomodoro was okay, not great. Atmosphere is comfortable. Bathroom not clean, no hand soap.

12/08/2024: The restaurant is located inside a very well renovated building with the possibility of eating outside in summer. The proposals on the menu change seasonally, there are the classic ingredients and preparations of local cuisine, but reinterpreted very well in a modern way. The wine list is excellent. The staff is quick and courteous. Prices a little above average which denote quality.

16/07/2024: We opted for the 5-course tasting menu. Excellent food, equally good service, friendly and approachable. Serene environment and I found it very intimate, we had dinner in the back courtyard; only note, there were some annoying mosquitoes. Recommended❤️

01/09/2023: Locale ottimo, punto di riferimento per chi cerca la tradizione ma non le solite cose viste e riviste ovunque. Cucina e sapori autentici, si mischiano all’ innovazione dello Chef e alla cordialità e professionalità del personale di sala. Ottima anche la carta dei vini (si vede che dietro c’è tanta passione oltre che competenza). Il tutto in una location stupenda!

08/08/2023: It is the second time and this too fully met our expectations. Nice, quiet and very welcoming place, friendly and attentive staff. Food with an impeccable taste and well presented. Good wine cellar. If you are in the area (even not) and want to spend a nice and tasty evening I recommend it.

31/05/2024: Small but nice pizzeria. The managers are really good. The girl who serves immediately puts you at ease. Top appetizer. Very good. Really good pizzas, well seasoned and delicious pasta. Well done indeed and thanks for the lovely evening last night.

24/08/2024: So good evening everyone... What about the place... We were returning from the sea to Cecina and it was 7pm, what are we doing? We wanted to eat a sandwich. We stopped here and asked for information if they made sandwiches, their answer was of course but we didn't have room because everything was booked, if you want you can take a sandwich and sit outside on the benches of an adjacent park... Ok we got 6 sandwiches with the porchetta... Excellent since I had never eaten such good porchetta, sensationally spiced on the inside, wonderful rind on the outside, crunchy and delicious all over and I mean all of it not like others that are inedible because they are hard or chewy... The flaw it was only due to the fact that while we were eating out there, groups of people arrived and asked for a table and they served them... Maybe we couldn't because we could see that we had been to the seaside? I don't know

18/06/2024: Family-run tavern bar, tasty home-made dishes prepared on the spot. I had my best lemon scallop here. Excellent and non-greasy fried potatoes, abundant side salad. Simple, rustic and characteristic environment, also worth it for the asking price.

09/06/2024: Good dunks, fresh and not hard like other places would usually hold. Nice atmosphere especially the refreshment point, good service :)

27/07/2024: Arrived with the camper, the location, perfect, the first communication, great. Check IN was 3 p.m., we were there at 1:30 p.m., we were supposed to choose a place and check in later, no problem, we chose a place and set everything up. At 3 p.m. to check in, we were told (by another lady) that we weren't allowed to stop, there was no reason for that! We refused because we set everything up with the camper and relied on the word (think the early shift) that we could stay for 1 night. After some back and forth, it was 7 a.m. until the next day. It was ok for us because we just wanted to see the Tower of Pisa. Basically, I have to say, the (late shift) was very unfriendly. The place was empty, no one there! I didn't understand the whole thing. Above all, it's no effort, as there are no toilets, no showers... we just stood there. No service, apart from emptying the waste water tank and refilling it with fresh water (which wasn't the best, very brown water) It's a shame, a really nice, quiet place to spend a few days... if the reception wasn't so unfriendly. Unfortunately it destroys a lot.

29/07/2024: Very popular bar in a very central position and close to all the nightlife hotspots. I have been there several times but I must reluctantly say that the quality of the food is dropping sharply. None of our group liked anything in the last aperitifs, neither the starters nor the first courses, which were often too spicy. Worthy of mention was the unsuccessful attempt to make a sort of panzanella with bread soaked in vinegar, at the sight of which a Pisan exclaimed "this stuff sucks like pork". I'm sorry but most of the food was wasted because it was inedible and sometimes even unidentifiable. However, the staff is very kind and also very attentive to food intolerances (lactose, gluten). The price is lower than other places but this reflects too much on the quality of the food which is truly poor. I hope you can correct yourselves from this point of view.

20/07/2024: It is the best place to make apericena in Pisa. The bad thing is that it is usually full, but requesting a reservation is no problem.

10/08/2024: Perfect for a quick business lunch... full menu 15 euros and very good quality of dishes. Quick service. I don't know about dinner but for a quick lunch it's really top

22/07/2024: Bellissimo locale sulla spiagge dove fare un classico aperitivo (patatine, noccioline, olive) sulla spiaggia comodamente sudato oppure stenderti su stuoie. Molto bello anche il dopo cena. Rispetto agli anni passati non c’è più “l’apericena” ma puoi acquistare dei piatti per trasformalo il tuo aperitivo in tale. Anche l’abbigliamento è diventato molto formale e nn più come anni fa da pantaloncini e maglietta

16/07/2024: Una caletta sul mare che ti porta a pensare ad una vacanza, atmosfera romantica, quasi magica....se vuoi bere un succo di frutta....o una granita!!!!!!!
