Wonderful hotel, a rare gem among the hills. Excellent rooms, comfortable and spacious, all with balconies. Pool. Kitchen and pizzeria always available.

Nestled in the hills of the Epimo hinterland in a beautiful location, the owners make you feel at home. Helpful, kind, and Monica's pan pizza and Tuscan dishes are excellent. We'll be back.

A restaurant with good, tasty food. The owner is very friendly and approachable. The food is truly delicious. I definitely recommend it. I have no idea what the rooms are like, since I only went for lunch at the restaurant.

This splendid family-run hotel, restaurant, and pizzeria is nestled in one of the most beautiful spots in the Pisan countryside, just a quarter of an hour from the sea at Rosignano. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and they are excellently prepared. The rooms are very clean and equipped with every comfort. There's also a swimming pool in the summer. Top!

The owners welcome you as if you were part of the family. They offer a limited selection, but even if you make a mistake, you've made the right choice. The pizza is excellent. Meat, pizza, and more are cooked in a wood-fired oven and on the grill.

06/06/2026: Excellent ice cream shop in the center of Pisa. Truly excellent quality, artisanal ice cream. Top! I recommend the Kinder Bueno flavor, which is impeccably delicious.

21/12/2025: Very nice for those with children, especially in the warmer months when you can afford to eat outside and see the children playing in the play area directly from the table.
15/11/2025: The food is excellent, and the service is impeccable. We had a wonderful time. We were with my family and we were all happy.
