24/03/2024: We stayed at this property, probably out of season but I can't give the maximum score. The structure enjoys a beautiful view and all in all it is very beautiful but it is not looked after and there are many things wrong with it. We took the elegance suite which features a private thermal pool outside on the veranda at 33 degrees, this is absolutely not the case, the pool is very cold and we absolutely couldn't stay there. It overlooks a small unkept garden, and was covered by a broken piece of plastic that we had to remove ourselves The swimming pool of the wellness center instead, the first day we arrived around 4pm and it was warm and very beautiful at sunset, in the morning however it was very cold and even there it was impossible to stay there, feeling cold in a spa is not one of the best things. I give three, because the room is well made, clean and also warm. Friendly staff. Good breakfast for the rest unfortunately there is room for improvement, especially for the price they ask for.
