A unique and sunny place where authenticity begins in the kitchen. Juri is a cheerful, kind, accommodating, professional, and very approachable person! Chef Naym is a true master of the dishes, with a smile and so much love for what he does. You can taste it while you eat; it's poetry for the palate! Thanks also to the Sous Chef who helps with the composition and plating. Thank you so much! I found it by chance and I'm so glad I came here!! Fabiola

Spectacle, excellent atmosphere, warm, exciting, truly top food, interesting, minimal, engaging menu, excellent pizza, well garnished, excellent young, dynamic staff, booking is recommended, highly recommended.

03/12/2025: I ordered two takeout pizzas and they arrived very good, perfectly cooked, not rubbery. I'm very happy. Please note: all pizzas are prepared and cooked Pisan style (so flipped). Keep this in mind because they have a very specific flavor; don't expect a classic pizza.

27/05/2025: Bel locale nel centro di Volterra. Cucina essenzialmente del territorio di ottima qualità. I pici cacio e pepe e di chianina erano favolosi. Di ottimo livello anche il peposo. Amplissima scelta di vini. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Prezzi adeguati al livello dei piatti ed alla zona. Unico neo: la scomodità per via dei troppi tavoli addossati l’uno all’altro. (noi siamo stati sistemati praticamente davanti alla porta dei bagni e dovevamo muoverci con cura per non urtare una mensola che incombeva sul tavolo
