05/02/2025: Entering a bar and being greeted with a smile makes you start your day off right! It was quite busy but the staff are well organized and really very friendly. I ate a good croissant but the surprise came with the macchiato, the coffee was excellent but the foam was shiny, compact, without even a single bubble, bordering on perfection, congratulations indeed! Super recommended!!!

23/02/2025: Il trattamento ricevuto è stato veramente deludente. Avevamo prenotato per le 13:45 e, a causa di un imprevisto, siamo arrivati con 15 minuti di ritardo. Sapevamo che c'era la possibilità di non trovare il tavolo, e infatti così è stato. Fino a quel momento non c'era alcun problema, ci congediamo con il receptionist in toni pacifici. Uscendo però veniamo intercettati da un rozzo uscito da chissá dove che ci manda via a male parole con toni aggressivi e se ne va senza darci la possibilitá di replicare. Veramente controllate chi lavora con il pubblico, prendete solo persone educate altrimenti ne va della qualità del locale.

31/03/2025: You can't sit inside because the tables are reserved for hotel guests, even if it's cold outside. But the real problem is that they don't know how to make cappuccinos and flat whites: the milk was boiling hot and with very little foam. What's the point of offering a specialty coffee if you then ruin it with a totally wrong technique? After burning my tongue and barely drinking half of it, I went to Filter Coffee Lab to clean my mouth.

22/02/2025: Personally I find that Erbaluigia is the best place to live a stand-out experience in the heart of Pisa. Tatiana's cuisine manifests itself in continuous research, intertwining with tradition in a respectful and conscious way: there is knowledge of the Tuscan culinary culture, you see it, you hear it and you appreciate it. I think of the pigeon in four acts, of tripe and pasta with oil and parmesan, but also of desserts: there is always room for those. Yet every season the menu evolves, adapting to seasonality, always offering something innovative, without ever disappointing. Whether it's a Sunday lunch with loved ones or dinner for an occasion, Fabio and all the staff are always ready to welcome, knowing how to recommend the most suitable wines and serving with great rigor. A convivial, elegant and -finally- different experience.

09/02/2025: We ordered takeout and were extremely satisfied! The menu offers not only excellent pizza, but also truly delicious fish specialities. We tried the seafood salad and the cod with potatoes, both fresh and tasty, as well as the cecina with focaccine, which turned out to be a real delicacy. The value for money is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place is very nice, so we will definitely return to try the experience of eating on site. We recommend it to those looking for a tasty alternative for lunch or dinner without having to cook at home.

07/11/2024: Cozy place, with excellent service and very attentive waiters. We tried the eggplant parmigiana which was delicious and pizza. The shame of the pizza is that it had too much oil, which made it a bit greasy. To top it off, millefeuille which was delicious!

01/11/2024: Oggi, primo novembre, città stracolma, arrivati intorno alle 14,15 senza prenotazione. Ci hanno trovato comunque due posti, personale gentilissimo, servizio veloce, personale alla mano che riesce sempre a rispondere con simpatia e cordialità, cosa non semplice quando il locale è pieno ed i ritmi di lavoro frenetici.abbiamo preso soltanto i primi, (per scelta nostra), eccellenti sia i tagliolini al tartufo che le tagliatelle al ragù di chianina. Cinque stelle del tutto meritate.
