I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and the experience was truly excellent in every way. The dishes were delicious, and the quality was evident from the first bite. Each course was a pleasant discovery.
Special praise also goes to the service, which was impeccable and attentive. The waiter who looked after us was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, always present without ever being intrusive.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent food paired with top-notch service. I will definitely be back to savor the seafood menu.

The Aeroscalo in Pontedera is one of those discoveries that reconnects you with Tuscan cuisine.
Partridge risotto is a dish you don't find easily. Here they make it with a sure hand, with that gamey sauce that lingers in your mouth without being overpowering. A true risotto, creamed as it should be, with a flavor that speaks of the region.
The ossobuco alla fiorentina is the most delightful surprise. No sauce, no tomato. Plain, simple, as Florentine tradition dictates. And that's where the greatness lies: the meat falling off the bone, the marrow melting, a clean, deep cooking juices. It seems like a banal dish on paper, but when it arrives at the table, you understand that it is anything but.
And then the finale. The rice cream cake, warm. Here you just close your eyes. It has that perfect consistency, not too firm, not too soft, and it arrives at the table still warm, which is something else entirely. It's the kind of dessert that makes you order another coffee just to stay seated a little longer.
