Good pizzeria and cecineria in Ponsacco, near the Italian Post Office.

Good pizza, the dough is a bit soft; I prefer it thinner and crispier. Nicely topped, perhaps even too much, which is why it's a bit soft in the center while the crust is crispier. The only problem is the kitchen and perhaps the dining room, which mix up the orders... (Problem if you order gluten-free).

The cecina was good. The pizzas we tried had a whole-grain dough. The dough was a bit bland. Overall, it wasn't very flavorful and also hard to digest.

A very popular place, especially on weekends. The Porto Cervo pizza is unique and tasty, but definitely better with traditional dough than with whole wheat: in the latter version, the tomato sauce, which I find excessive, overpowers the flavor of the tuna and pasta. The Contadina, on the other hand, is excellent with whole wheat dough, but only if ordered on less crowded days, as is the sausage pizza with olives. I also tried the Rustica, made with semi-whole wheat charcoal dough. It has a unique appearance, but the quality of the dough and toppings are very appealing.

Found this pizzeria by chance. Really excellent pizza, with great toppings and reasonable prices.

Excellent pizza, but time has its measure... There's no need to call because they'll tell you one hour and then.... An extra 30 minutes must always be calculated!!!
