Most welcoming environment I had been in as an African in Italy. Very nice man served me my dishes and smiled pleasantly at me throughout. I visited in August of 2023, but I hadn’t remembered to review until today, in April 2024. Still one of the most memorable experiences in Italy because of how kind the gentleman was to me. Highly recommend for tourists like myself!

And I thought I knew what lasagna was! Awesome, a completely new definition for me, who previously only ate them in Germany. This is a wonderful little restaurant where they still cook Grandma's style - from minestrone to bistecca fiorentina. Delicious real Italian food, good prices - and good portions, if you understand how Italians eat: in different, manageable courses.
In any case, take your time, it won't be super quick, but that's not how it's intended. Enjoy the food and the conversations.

We had dinner with six people in this great restaurant, we were very well received by the owner who is a very charming man, who took the time to support us in our choices and explain to us step by step. I recommend the eggplant parmigiana which is excellent, and the tiramisu of course! Thank you again for this delicious meal and your warm welcome.

E ci torno ogni volta che passo. Due piatti toscani su tutti. Ribollita e pappa al pomodoro. Essenziale la lista vini ma con buone proposte. Un passaggio semplice ma gustoso. Da provare

Cena ottima, tagliere di antipasti tipici gustoso ed abbondante, pici cacio pepe ottimi, gradevole il vino della casa.
Ritornata la sera dopo per cena da asporto ottimo primo tipico ( simile a pappa al pomodoro) abbondante, personale caloroso e disponibile, location tipica e curata.molto pulito. Servizio veloce
