My favorite pizza in Pisa, now a loyal customer for a long time. Neapolitan style pizza, impeccable cooking, highly digestible and top quality ingredients. Everything comes from the creativity and passion of the owner.

Service honestly needs improvement, good pizza but too expensive: €7 for a margherita, €14 for a pistachio and burrata mortadella (even in Milan it costs less). The owner's willingness to offer us a bitter to make up for it is appreciated, but it is not polite to make people wait in the dining room for an hour to give priority to those who order takeaway.

Pizza in stile napoletano ma con l'aggiunta di lievito madre, che la rende più digeribile. Ottimi i condimenti. Prezzi in linea con la media della città ma ritengo che si possa fare di meglio, livellare qualche euro qua e là, considerato anche che si pagano 1.5€ di coperto a testa. Comunque ci torneremo.

Pizza consegnata a domicilio, arrivata in orario. L'impasto è buono ma un po' gommoso e risulta pesante, il condimento decisamente acquoso e poco saporito.

Pizzeria napoletana che offre pizze con impasto tipico e antipasti prettamente campani. Ottimo impasto e ingredienti di prima qualità. Prezzi delle pizze sono assolutamente in linea con la qualità sia dell'impasto che degli ingredienti, mentre antipasti forse un po' cari (confrontandoli proprio con i prezzi delle pizze). Facile trovare parcheggio in zona.
