17/10/2025: Everything here is fabulous: from the staff, to the Cecina, to the gourmet pizzas. Highly recommended!

01/10/2025: We went there on a Sunday evening, arriving early (around 7 PM) when there weren't many people yet. My wife and I were there with our little girl (2 years old). We wanted a quick pizza because we were passing through and had to get home (an hour's drive away). While we were looking at the menu, the lady at the counter suggested we look at the more comprehensive paper menu. Once we'd chosen our pizzas, I wanted to ask them, but they realized we were eating there and told us to sit down and they'd bring them to us. The waiter came to serve us, but we ended up wasting much more time and paying the cover charge (which also included the child), while at the tables nearby, people were eating pizza from the counter as normal, just as we would have liked. We were a little disappointed by this, because it didn't seem entirely fair... We wasted €6 on placemats and cutlery that we could have done without, not having asked for them, an amount that could have easily bought two more slices of pizza. Maybe it's an organizational issue: either the tables are for "set" dining or for people to lean on and eat their purchased pizzas, it's understandable... Aside from that, the pizza was very good! If we're in the area again, we'll probably return because we liked it, but this time without getting ripped off with the extra cover charge.

08/05/2025: Siamo tornati in queste zone e abbiamo subito scelto di tornare a cenare qui. Il cibo come sempre buonissimo, scelta varia anche se solo uno o due piatti sono vegetariani. Abbiamo provato le costatelle cotte a bassa temperatura, ottime!!

26/08/2025: Wow – what an experience! Anna was super lovely and gave us the best recommendations. The ragu pasta was rich and comforting, and the pesto pasta (made in-house with local ingredients) was bursting with fresh flavor. And the tiramisu? Honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had – absolutely unforgettable. Add to that the stunning view, and this place is just perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

23/08/2025: One of the best restaurants I've ever been to in Italy. The pici with spicy tomato sauce and stracciatella was delicious, the meat was INCREDIBLY delicious, and the tiramisu is absolutely unmissable. It's incredibly creamy and tender. The service is friendly, and the view is stunning. If you have children (we don't! 🤣), it's also ideal because they can play in the large playground next to the terrace.

20/09/2025: A great experience from start to finish. When we first arrived it seemed a little empty and quiet but after heading through to the main restaurant it opened up and felt like a real Bavarian restaurant! The food was incredible! Always eat from the Bavarian specials! Their homemade sauce was awesome on everything! And the beer, chefs kiss! Go here!

07/09/2025: What a beautiful place! A meticulously maintained venue and a truly unique atmosphere. The staff's courtesy and kindness are among the highlights. A gluten-free menu is available, and great attention to detail is paid to the theme. A wonderful place for a tasty break. Highly recommended.

04/09/2025: I found this place "by chance," browsing maps to figure out where to eat. What can I say? The hospitality/food ratio is on par.... The dishes are good, fresh, and tasty, as are the authenticity and friendliness of the hostess! I'm really happy I found this place, because it will be a place I'll return to when I'm back in Pisa. The quality/price ratio is excellent; we only ate fish dishes and it was definitely worth the money! We'll definitely be back!

06/10/2025: A very special Italian restaurant. The food was amazing, without exaggeration, the best pizza you will ever eat in your life. Their tiramisu is very good. The service was excellent, everyone was helpful, and I will come back more than once.

17/10/2025: The food is delicious and freshly prepared. The young man who serves speaks basic Spanish, which makes interacting with tourists easy. They are extremely friendly.

14/10/2025: We walked 20-30 minutes and just couldn't find a good restaurant that had pasta as well as pizza. This place hit the mark! So worth walking around and stumbled upon this gem. I had the spaghetti and my husband had the pasta with boar meat... Both were fantastic! Highly recommend this restaurant.

19/10/2025: Passing through the little town of San Miniato, we stopped for lunch at Trattoria Canapone. We were greeted warmly by the manager and server. We sat outside to dine. My husband and I shared the melon and prosciutto to start. The melon was a canary melon, so sweet. I love the sweetness of the melon against the saltiness of the prosciutto. I had the Spaghetti Carbonara and hubby had the Tortelloni Bolognese for lunch. Both dishes were delicious. Hubby’s actually was amazing! I’m glad we stumbled upon this restaurant. Molto Buona!

18/10/2025: Welcoming restaurant, very friendly staff, a waitress with a good sense of humor, even a witty one, always ready, and the owner (cook with his wife) is very friendly and approachable. The truffle crostini were excellent, as were the first courses. Then we moved straight on to dessert, and that too met our expectations.
