27/02/2026: We'll definitely be back! The only caveat: €12 for a make-your-own pizza is a bit pricey, and unfortunately, it was almost cold. The beer was delicious, the coal-fired pizza with gorgonzola and pears was excellent and the same price as the regular one, and the atmosphere was relaxed and laid-back...

24/05/2026: A wonderful bar with eclectic art and decor. The vibe is a cool and unique compliment to all the great spots in town. The view from the front patio is a wonderful spot to observe local life on the plaza as locals have conversations and wave to each other. The mixed drinks are excellent. The traditional evening drink is accompanied by a wonderful mix of small bites. A great art vibe at this place with top quality drinks. And the plaza mascot lives here too.

07/07/2026: The place is nice but not very well-kept, but very clean. The sandwich, the fries, the desserts—everything is truly DELICIOUS!!! Truly, a sandwich like that can't be found anywhere else, justified by the high price (from €14 and up, always with fries included), but it's absolutely worth it, made to perfection, highly recommended.

10/08/2026: I had dinner last night and was truly satisfied! The set menu is truly affordable and offers delicious, carefully prepared dishes. Everything we tried was excellent. Special compliments also for the service: truly impeccable! The waitress was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. A pleasant experience in every way, definitely a place I'd gladly return to! 😊

08/07/2026: We always get our takeaway pizza from here. My absolute favourite is salsiccia. Thin, crispy base and juicy, juicy sausage. I could eat two, one after the other! After 5 years, Pablo’s never disappoints.

23/04/2026: I stayed at this organic farm as a couple for work: the service was excellent (we needed to leave early in the morning, and they were kind enough to bring breakfast forward), the rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need for the bathroom (they even have four pillows to suit different needs), the location is stunning, completely immersed in nature; the food is excellent (we tried the breakfast, spectacular! ) and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return, taking a more leisurely approach to savor the peace and quiet of this place, as well as the cuisine at the vegetarian restaurant. Highly recommended! Thank you.

18/08/2026: Beautiful setting. Family-run restaurant. Our main issue was the service. We left after closing time because the waiters were clearing the empty restaurant and chatting with others while we waited for the dessert menu, our plates empty for 20 minutes. Furthermore, when our desserts finally arrived, there was a mistake in our order, and we were met with an unpleasant response as if we didn't know what we had ordered. Finally, I must point out that the cacio e pepe we ordered was actually just a few gnocchi swimming in oil and coarsely grated pecorino cheese; for €15, we expected better. The portion sizes also seemed quite small in other dishes, such as the Pici All Aglione. Nevertheless, the desserts were very good, especially the tiramisu. The beautiful setting and warm atmosphere made up for the evening, but we weren't convinced by the quality of the food and the rather slow service.

21/07/2026: I tried focaccia barese with plenty of toppings, focaccia stuffed with mozzarella and a good ham, and pizza al taglio with salami, and everything was delicious. I'm so happy to have discovered a place that also makes pasticciotti and rustici here in Pisa! I only tried the pasticciotti, which weren't bad at all! I'll be back to try the rustici and the fried calzones!

01/05/2026: If you're in the area, definitely go there. The food is high-quality, and you can taste it. I recommend the pappardelle with Norcino ragù... truly excellent!

27/04/2026: A quaint and well-decorated restaurant. The service is good, though the food doesn't arrive very quickly. The food is tasty, but a bit too salty for my taste. Prices are average, but not cheap.

26/07/2026: Everything was beautiful and tasty. I'm giving it 2 stars not for the waiters' service, but for the way it was served. I personally don't like having to discuss what to order for everyone with my guests, especially if the portions are just right. For just over €30, I ended up having a spoonful of gnocchi with gorgonzola (which I would have dived into) and a spoonful of tagliatelle with wild boar. For the two main courses, I wanted tripe, which no one wanted, and unfortunately, I can't swallow the tagliata. So, that's what I had for dinner, two spoonfuls of first course. If I had had my choice, then I would have given it 10 stars. I hope you understand that sometimes you can't combine people's choices, and that another approach would be more appropriate.
