20/09/2025: A true surprise. I ordered a pizza and the style which was served was unlike any pizza I have had before. However I'm not complaining because it was delicious and the price was very reasonable. If you're in the area then please stop by and try.

And then we're talking about an excellent pastry shop, not earthly perfection. The products offered are excellent, the cleanliness and welcoming nature of the place, and the quality of the service, provided by attentive, kind, and helpful staff. In this regard, I'd like to give a special mention to Ms. Chanel, who always stands out for her kindness and expertise. She's also helped by her naturally pleasant and elegant presence. Allow me to offer a piece of advice to the owners: don't miss her under any circumstances!! I wish I could find more girls like her!! See you at your next breakfast!!

13/09/2025: Really good Cecina (or for others known as "Farinata di ceci"). Top and buttom crispy but light. Inside deliciously soft and not to salty. Nice service.

03/10/2025: What can I say? You might just happen to find a family-run trattoria in the truest sense of the word. I don't know where to begin with my praise. Let's start with the welcome we received, both to us and to our little Golden Retriever, Windofsand, who yells. Then we move on to the simple yet carefully prepared and, above all, excellent dishes. We had tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffle and lard. Amazing. As a chef, I compliment the chef at Stambata. Then we moved on to fried porcini mushrooms and local prosciutto with excellent burrata. And finally, the house tiramisu was truly amazing. The owners and staff were truly friendly. As for the price...you have to go and eat to see how much you're spending. Truly fair; the quality, quantity, and price ratio is the winning formula. We'll definitely be back. Oh, and if you haven't figured out, besides the good food, they're animal lovers...this isn't a biased review, but a sincere one. Thanks again, also for the lovely chat after dinner. 12/10/2025: Excellent pastries, specialty coffees in addition to the usual ones: Marrocchino with chopped pistachios and Iced coffee with dark chocolate powder. There were four of us, reasonable prices, and excellent service from the waitress.

09/09/2025: What can I say? Everything was perfect. I spent two peaceful days there. For work, I travel around a lot of hotels, and what I want is clean sheets, a good room, and a good restaurant. Here, I found all of this. The staff was impeccable, incredibly friendly, and the location in the hills is fantastic. I was there for work and promised myself I'd return with my wife. Thank you for everything.

24/08/2025: We went in the evening just for dinner, and I must say we left satisfied. A pleasant location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, tasty starters, and equally delicious desserts. The place is well signposted from the main road.
