27/05/2025: La Brusta stands out for its extraordinary family atmosphere and the exceptional hospitality of the owners, who immediately make you feel like a welcome guest. The superb quality of the food is evident in every dish: the freshest ingredients and expertly prepared to offer authentic delights of Tuscan cuisine. We had the pleasure of tasting their generous homemade pasta, with sauces bursting with flavor, and the pizzas, cooked in an authentic wood-fired oven with an incredibly light dough. Our now numerous visits have been a constant confirmation of the excellence of their cuisine and the sincere cordiality of the environment. I recommend always taking a look at the off-menu to find seasonal dishes, as always spectacular! La Brusta is without a doubt a must-see for those who want high-quality food in a welcoming setting.

23/05/2025: Simple restaurant that offers a comfortable environment and excellent seafood and meat cuisine. The fried artichokes are delicious and the desserts are made by a pastry chef. Good prices and with the The Fork discount they become really competitive! At peak times on weekends it can be very crowded, with a consequent increase in noise.

04/05/2025: Delicious vegan ice cream and very cute and kind girls (Martina and Francesca). Only note, it would be nice to have the vegan version of each flavour. Let's hope in the very near future.

01/05/2025: Just had the ice cream, always good, but today I remembered why I never want to go there, disorganized and clumsy shop assistants...ice creams in bad shape for me and the children, one of which fell due to the composition... too bad

12/05/2025: The fresh sandwiches and salads were so delicious. The staff are also friendly. The bathroom is also clean. I was able to enjoy it comfortably. I will definitely come back when I come to Volterra 😍

19/04/2025: Pranzo di una Domenica piovosa a Volterra, siamo ad aprile ma sembra di essere in autunno.. Per fortuna la cucina di questo splendido locale ci ha scaldati con una zuppa toscana veramente preparata a regola d’arte. Il servizio celere e attento ma mai oppressivo ci ha fatto stare proprio bene. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

17/05/2025: This restaurant was such a wonderful surprise! It is an intimate and comfortable locality that really gives you the opportunity to experience the Italian cuisine. We had a lovely time enjoying the different flavors so masterfully combined and ordered an appetizer, two primi and a secondo to share. We spent 60€ in total and would definitely recommend!
