01/08/2026: A historic restaurant in Fauglia's Piazza della Chiesa. Delicious classic and gourmet pizza, with excellent leavening and generous portions, as if the pizza chef were making a pizza for himself! Reasonable prices for drinks and pizzas. Excellent value. Worth a try.

02/06/2026: We arrived at this pizzeria late on a holiday. They greeted us very kindly and made us a pizza. We also ordered a slice of Cecina. Needless to say, it was a sweet surprise; the pizza and Cecina were fabulous. I'll definitely be back!

20/06/2026: Texture of real gelato. Flavours are original and natural. All placed in a traditional and gorgeous part of Lari. Michelin star (go out of your way for this place and to see Lari). The same family have a very proud homemade pasta shop next door which is also very nice. Can recommend stracciatella.

23/07/2026: We love Fritti! It is definitely one of our go-to dinner spots for birthdays or when family is visiting. The pizzas taste just like in Northern Italy and the Aperol Spritzes are to die for. The atmosphere is casual but upscale at the same time. We usually try to find street parking somewhere nearby but there is also a paid parking garage down the street.

They looked after us attentively from start to finish, making us feel welcomed and pampered. I absolutely recommend this pizzeria, both for the quality of the pizza and the service. We'll definitely be back!

19/08/2026: A good compromise between good pizza and reasonable prices. We ordered a Margherita and a Cantabrica. The crust is indeed thick, reminiscent of a Neapolitan pizza, but we felt it lacked a few minutes of cooking time. The staff were friendly, but the ambiance was a bit shabby: it was extremely hot inside, even with the air conditioning on; outside was even better. The bathroom had a damaged faucet and a handwritten note on a napkin asking people to be gentle with the faucet. Christmas lights were still hanging and on in July, and glasses were delivered on a tray upside down. To conclude on a positive note: the staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable. For two pizzas and a water, we paid €27, which was actually below the Pisa average. A few small tweaks would make this place a real gem.

27/02/2026: We'll definitely be back! The only caveat: €12 for a make-your-own pizza is a bit pricey, and unfortunately, it was almost cold. The beer was delicious, the coal-fired pizza with gorgonzola and pears was excellent and the same price as the regular one, and the atmosphere was relaxed and laid-back...
