14/07/2025: A refined, designer restaurant where nothing is left to chance. A welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, with outdoor seating for summer dinners! Very good pizza, not too thin and not too thick, a happy medium that will please most. Attentive and friendly service. Only note: be careful with the add-ons, because we found ourselves with an extra €5 for each pizza due to the addition of a buffalo mozzarella in the center... which we thought was excessive. Otherwise, everything was impeccable. We'll be back!

16/08/2025: We received a very warm welcome. Having enjoyed excellent meals here over the past two years, expectations were high. As antipasti, we had the carpaccio. Mine was fine, but my wife's was cut far too thickly. The primi tortellini was fine, a little too al dente, but the flavor was good. The big disappointment was the secondi. My wife had the fish of the day, tuna. It was served on the plate wrapped in aluminum foil, then drizzled with a generous drizzle of olive oil. The tuna had no flavor. I had the cod, calamari, and shrimp tempura with seasonal vegetables and tartar sauce. To my great surprise, absolutely everything was fried in tempura, even the vegetables. I only ate a small amount because after a few bites, I was already exhausted. I told the friendly waitress that I didn't like it, and she said she would tell the chef. I heard nothing more. For dessert, I had the Mille Foglio. It consisted of puff pastry with vanilla sauce and a few strawberry slices. This isn't how I've had this dessert served at various restaurants before. All in all, a disappointment, as we've had much better food over the past two years. The €139 bill was absolutely not worth it. Unfortunately, we were expecting better.

13/07/2025: What a find! We were exhausted from a big day of “touristing” and were looking for something close by. Stumbled across this restaurant and loved it! Obviously a local place, rather than for tourists, as there wasn’t much English spoken by the staff. That turned out not to be an issue. We enjoyed it so much we went twice in a row. The food was delicious both times and so inexpensive compared to lesser quality restaurants we’d been to during our 3 weeks in Italy. Do yourself a favour and try this place - you won’t be disappointed

05/08/2025: A restaurant in the heart of Bientina. I haven't been here in a while, but I've been there often for a while. It's located on a narrow street, but there's parking nearby. The restaurant is very unique; in summer, you can eat outside (be prepared for mosquitoes) in a beautifully appointed, floral courtyard. The menu focuses on seafood and is inspired by Sicilian cuisine. However, the chef offers many interpretations. The ingredients are high-quality and well-cooked. The raw fish is also excellent. My only criticism is that, having been there often, even with friends, I felt compelled to recommend certain dishes to my companions. Even after just a week, they were presented in a completely different way and with a significant difference in quantity. Other than that, I've always enjoyed everything, and my guests have always appreciated it, too. The only downside is the price; I think it's a bit too high, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the sophisticated cuisine.

12/08/2025: We sat down for dinner before a train departure. After we ordered, the train caught up, and we preferred to ask for takeout rather than serving. They were extremely honest and understanding, as even though we had already consumed our drinks, they didn't charge us a cover charge. The pizza was delicious.

03/08/2025: We ate at an outdoor table, having reserved by phone 10 minutes in advance. The service was very fast. The pizza (one mushroom and the other white with radicchio, lard, pine nuts, and balsamic vinegar) and the craft beer were excellent.
