20/05/2025: Excellent and natural ice cream

25/03/2025: For many years I've wanted to go in and browse, after tasting their chocolate ice cream in a pizzeria in Pisa (amazing to say the least), I made up my mind. Kind, knowledgeable and helpful owner, small shop but full of delicacies: chocolate in various shapes, ice cream (only from Easter onwards), biscuits and excellent quality wines. It took me a long time to enter the first time but it will be a regular stop for a cuddle or a valuable gift. Fair prices considering the level. I would add that you are willing to pay when satisfaction is assured.

22/02/2025: In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Pisa. Excellent and refined cuisine, well-stocked wine list and friendly and courteous staff I highly recommend a visit. It's not cheap but it's worth it

20/05/2025: Cute little shop on your way to the Torre from the train station, selling fresh bread, focaccia, pizzette and a good selection of sweets. I liked the canestrini and the chocolate salami. The owner is a warm & friendly man.

18/02/2025: As a now almost regular customer, I can only feel very satisfied. The owner is very friendly and always available. In particular, I would recommend the simple Schiacciata and the round pizzas (the dough didn't seem too heavy), while on the dessert front I tasted some biscuits and sweet pieces that I liked. Especially recommended for takeaway, given the little space inside the oven.

23/04/2025: Amazing cream donut and beautiful chocolate scone? I don’t know the true names but they are amazing. 100% recommend for tourists and locals. Also staff are kind and good atmosphere, 5 stars. P.S. very cute little waters with coffee.

03/05/2025: What can I say... when you enter they welcome you (in the true sense of the word) like you welcome a person you love even if you see them for the first time and then they PROUDLY offer you their cutting boards because they are created with 0 km products. What more can I say, go there and come back like I will!!!!!

21/04/2025: We booked the wine tasting and had a great time. Our host was passionate about their product and their special ecological approach to wine making and captivate us all. You can see the attentional to detail facet of the shop and their wine and we can only recommend everyone to visit it too.

22/04/2025: Absolutely must try! Pizzicotto in Fauglia is a real pearl for lovers of good pizza. The dough is light, fragrant and well-leavened, with fresh, quality ingredients that make every bite a pleasure. The service is impeccable: quick, attentive and always with a smile. Laura, the owner is very kind, friendly and welcoming and manages to make you feel at home from the first moment. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and familiar, perfect both for a quiet dinner and for an evening with friends. Highly recommended!

01/02/2025: More than positive experience, fast service. Really delicious pizza and cake. The only flaw is that the place is really small so I don't recommend it if you have children who don't want to sit at the table.

30/05/2025: I happened upon it by chance. I had a rare Florentine steak with a side of grilled vegetables and a tray of Parma ham. Everything was excellent and the meat was spectacular. Informal but courteous service. Welcoming environments both inside and outside. Reasonable prices. What else can I say? I will definitely go back and recommend it to friends.

10/05/2025: Il locale presenta un ampio parcheggio. Appena entrati un giovane cameriere ci chiede il nome prenotazione e che acqua volessimo ( magari prima si fa accomodare il cliente)... arriva una ragazza e ci spiega il menù...scegliamo però alla carta...ma ce lo dice a voce...senza sapere peso carne e prezzi...alla fine lo scontrino riporta 110 euro come 4 menù da 25 euro...cosa assolutamente non corretta in quanto non abbiamo scelto un menù ma cose libere...il mangiare buono anche se una tagliata era fredda...si può migliorare.

01/05/2025: Cena con un'amica per festeggiare il mio compleanno. C'eravamo già state insieme qualche anno fa. Siamo state accolte dal sorriso e dalla gentilezza della cameriera. Antipasto Fantasia di Mare delizioso,Frittura Totani e gamberi con zucchine e carote croccante e non unta, cialda croccante con panna e fragole squisita. Prosecco e caffè. Abbiamo avuto la conferma di aver fatto bene a tornare! Cibo buono,ben impiattato. Personale gentile,accogliente e preparato. Lo consiglio sinceramente.

10/06/2025: Non ci siamo proprio, quarta volta che vado a cena, per la seconda volta serviti dalla stessa tipa di una scortesia unica. Quel che è ancora peggio nell'acqua, che al sapore aveva qualcosa di strano dicono sia filtrata )vi era del materiale in sospensione. Naturalmente la foto è estratta da un video che conserverò insieme allo scontrino. Bocciati, spiace ma oltre la pizza discreta ci deve essere anche tutto il resto...

04/05/2025: Sono stato da Fornaretto e devo dire che la pizza è davvero buonissima! L’impasto è leggero, digeribile e ben lievitato — si sente la cura nella preparazione. La cottura è perfetta, con il cornicione croccante al punto giusto e ingredienti di qualità sopra. Un’ottima scelta per chi cerca una pizza gustosa senza appesantirsi. Tornerò sicuramente!

05/06/2025: really bad service, the waiter ignored us when order

02/06/2025: Droby to grab simple lunch after visiting pisa tower. Ordered their colzoni, called super with mozzarella cheese, Mushroom, artichoke, sausage, ham inside, or so call fry pizza or look like cheese naan. Also order 1 pcs arancini ragu, blonde red beer and 1 slide look something like egg with cheese, total spending 18 euro. Colzoni taste great and big portion, a lot ingredients in there and better then pizza in my ooinion. They also have their own stone Owen to bake the pizza. Recommend to give it a try.
