During my walk around Pisa I found this little restaurant in a quiet and peaceful square. First I tried a small craft beer. To eat I was very hungry for chopping boards. The cured meats and cheeses on the counter were delicious. The girl also recommended other daily specials and the burrata with dried ham also looks delicious, so I took both items. They really were very good. As for a white, organic wine, I asked for a not too dry, medium, light type... they brought me a very delicious wine. Fresh, dry but not too much, light.. Unfortunately I don't remember which one. Maybe if you read the review, you have an idea what it was, Probably. You are professionals.. you really remember. Thank you so much, unfortunately the holidays were shorter to come again..

Very good original food and very friendly owners and staff.

One always wants to find a pearl within a new city. In Pisa we have found one. Pane e Vino serves the perfect dinner. The plates are prepared with love and Raffinesse. Besides that the wine was conveyed with passion and delivered as promised. On top of all that the service was perfect. We will be back eventually.

Il locale si trova in centro storico a Pisa, vicino a corso Italia, nella piazzetta Gambacorti, piena di locali dediti all apericena. Offre una buona scelta di piatti tipici toscani e enoteca. Consigliato anche per assaggio ed acquisto di salumi, formaggi e specialità. Si mangia solo ai tavolini esterni alberati perché il locale funge solo da bottega

Just a short walk off the main drag but this little "piazza" was so much more peaceful. We enjoyed a long leisurely lunch of traditional Tuscany food, the beef cheek was delicious. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful about choosing wine (as you would hope given the name of the restaurant). There is a deli counter inside where he let us choose our own cheeseboard, even though this is not on the menu.

My husband and I took our son and daughter in law here for our daughter in law’s birthday. It is located in a beautiful piazza with lovely atmosphere. We had excellent food and service. Lorenzo came to our table with wine choices based on the food we ordered. He described the origins of the wines and why they would be excellent with our meal. He was spot on! We ordered the pumpkin flowers stuffed with ricotta and Gorgonzola. Amazing! 3 of us had the tortelli and my son had the pici. All were so flavorful and served in beautiful dishes. For a second we had the meatballs. We sat for hours enjoying the wine, conversation and delicious food. They were delicious as well. Would highly recommend the food, atmosphere and service!

Wir (4 Personen) sitzen auf einer wunderschönen Piazza, fernab vom Touristentrubel umgeben von typisch pisaischen Häusern, Bäumen, die wohltuenden Schatten spenden. Rote Sonnenschirme zieren die kleinen Restaurants. Wir genießen köstliche landestypische Speisen, jeder hat ein anderes Gericht gewählt, jedes ist perfekt und einfach köstlich. Schon die Antipasti sind außergewöhnlich gut. Dazu gibt es eine große Auswahl bester Weine 🍷 (auch Bio). Den Abschluss bilden eine hervorragende Tiramisu und Cantuccini mit vin santo. Hmmmmm. Der Inhaber stammt aus Garfagnano und erzählt auch von den regionalen Speisen aus der Region. Er ist überaus freundlich und um das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr bedacht.
