A very cozy restaurant with a truly Italian atmosphere. The Italian cuisine here is a delight in itself: everything is fresh, flavorful, and prepared with love. The pasta is tender, the ravioli is thin, the beef is incredible, and the desserts simply melt in your mouth. The staff is attentive and friendly, the hosts are hospitable, and you'll want to come back again and again. A great place for a warm evening and a delicious Italian dinner.

The name threw me off at first, but then I discovered authentic Tuscan cuisine in a welcoming setting with truly delicious dishes. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. I can't recommend Gingerlab enough to anyone in the area!

I had the gnocchi and it was excellent (slightly spice but great) and the entire staff were very attentive and gave us a lot of recommendations. Highly recommend them.

Very nice restaurant on the outskirts of Pisa. We stayed 3 nights in Pisa and this was definitely the best restaurant we visited. Charming and intimate with excellent food. As there are only 6 tables in winter evenings, make sure to reserve your table.

I stumbled upon this restaurant and was very pleasantly surprised. The welcome was truly warm and attentive. The lady came to take my order with a menu written on a piece of paper without prices. I trusted her and wasn't disappointed at all. The food was home-style cooking and the service impeccable. This is exactly the kind of place that's sorely lacking. If you're ever in Pisa, take the 15-minute walk to avoid the fast food and kebab shops right across the street from the exit. I highly recommend it.

13/05/2026: Pane & Vino in Pisa was a delightful discovery for a refined, quality aperitivo. The appetizers were truly excellent, beautifully presented and delicious, and the selection of glasses was definitely on point: an interesting, well-chosen offering that made the aperitivo more than just "let's have a drink." Special mention goes to the staff: kind, attentive, and professional, capable of making customers feel cared for without being intrusive. The only less relaxing aspect is the outdoor setting in the piazza, which is quite noisy. With shouting, commotion, and children in permanent recreation mode, it's perhaps not the ideal place for those seeking a moment of tranquility after a long day at work. It's perfect, however, for families with energetic children... or for those who have already made peace with the urban chaos! Overall, a positive experience: excellent aperitivo, good wine, excellent staff. I would gladly return, perhaps at a quieter time.

Officine Bocelli Food Court

29/10/2025: We came for the annual concert of Andrea Bocelli and we had the opportunity to eat here.The service is great and the food also.It is a fine dining restaurant, so don't expect great portion of food!
21/10/2025: We visited from the USA: in October 2025. Never knew about Bocelli wines. I was completely shocked about the varieties and characteristics of each. Alessio presented the wines at the table, he did a superb job explaining them. The Food - Farm to Table was another surprise. I would give a Five Star “The memories will always be unforgettable. I felt a part of the Bocelli family welcoming my wife and I to dinner at their home as I would always welcome them. Thank you staff members for sharing this wonderful gift !
