We visited Fattoria L’Olmetto and it ended up being one of the most special experiences of my life. As soon as we arrived, I could see how beautiful the grounds were, but I had no idea what was about to happen that evening. We started in the restaurant where we ordered the ragu, a mixed salad, and an Aperol spritz each. Everything was absolutely delicious, we didn’t leave a single thing. After dinner, we were taken outside for what I thought was just a romantic drink under the moonlight. There was a table set up with beautiful florals and two chairs, surrounded by soft tea lights. It was honestly stunning. Little did I know, that was the moment I was about to be proposed to. It was perfect, and felt like a complete dream from start to finish. A massive thank you to the restaurant staff for playing their part so perfectly and keeping everything a complete surprise. I had absolutely no idea, and that made it even more special. They were all so warm, professional, and thoughtful throughout. The food, the setting, the atmosphere, everything was just incredible. I would recommend this place a thousand times over. Thank you again for such an unforgettable experience.

We stayed one night, with dinner and breakfast. What can I say? Everything was fantastic, the staff was professional and super friendly. Highly recommended!

If you are in the Pisa area of ​​Italy, it is definitely worth stopping here. It is a superb location, with an extremely beautiful and well-kept courtyard, which makes you feel immediately relaxed. The rooms are very clean, spacious and generous, and the atmosphere is authentic and soothing. A detail that I really liked is the old wall from 1790 of the house, which preserves the charm and history of the place and gives the entire property an authentic air. The food is delicious, carefully prepared, and everything is exactly as it should be when you are looking for a place to relax. I recommend this place to those who want to enjoy peace, nature and avoid the hustle and bustle of the city. It is the perfect place for a few days of relaxation. 🌿✨🤍

I went here for lunch; I didn't use the room service. The location is truly beautiful and very suitable for events. We were satisfied and will definitely return.

The property is an authentic Tuscan farmhouse, nestled in the countryside just outside Pisa, with a welcoming and well-kept location, perfect for both a quiet dinner and a special lunch, like this birthday! It's also perfect for a weekend getaway. As soon as you arrive, you immediately feel the warm and relaxed atmosphere. The historic farmhouse and surrounding park create a very pleasant setting: ideal for those who love the Tuscan countryside without sacrificing the convenience of being close to the city. The staff is friendly, helpful, and immediately makes you feel at ease, with attentive but not intrusive service. 🍽️ Cuisine and Quality The restaurant offers refined and flavorful Tuscan cuisine, with beautifully presented dishes and quality ingredients. I had read the good reviews online! But I can confirm that many of the appetizers, first courses, and second courses are appreciated by guests, especially the tagliata, the rustic pasta dishes, and the tiramisu for dessert.  The portions are average and well-balanced for the price, and the menu also includes options for vegetarians, vegans, and celiacs. I'm sorry I didn't find a sweet, fruity house sparkling wine! I recommend including it, but I don't feel like penalizing it; the restaurant has a good cellar and a selection of red wines. The interior is elegant yet simple, with rustic details and plenty of natural light, while in season, you can also eat outside in the well-kept garden. Service is generally quick and professional, with staff who know the menu well and can recommend dishes and wines.  ✔ I recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends or summer evenings, as the restaurant gets very busy.  ✔ It's also an excellent venue for special events or weddings, thanks to the well-organized indoor and outdoor spaces.
