It's immediately clear that the emphasis here is on substance rather than appearance. I chose the set menu, which includes a first course, a second course with side dish, half a liter of water, and bread. It's a convenient and affordable option, especially if you want a full meal without having to choose too much. The dishes are traditional, with beautiful, bold flavors and generous portions, just as you'd expect from places like this. The service was calm and friendly, without being overly formal. I waited about 20 minutes, which was more than adequate considering the dishes are freshly prepared. Overall, it's a genuine trattoria, the kind where you eat well and leave satisfied, without fuss. If you're looking for something authentic, it's definitely worth a try.

31/10/2025: I’ve been here several times in the past couple of decades but first time since 2017 I could come back and again it was amazing. I’m gluten free and they made the most delicious truffle risotto fresh and perfect. It’s more about the atmosphere and better if you can eat all the gluten but still I’m glad to come back. Nice people and perfect Tuscan cuisine.
