07/07/2025: I never write reviews, but this unique place really deserves to be chosen. There are not enough words to describe how the service offered by Mrs. Paola was simply exceptional. She was able to combine competence, passion and humanity in a perfect mix. She was able to create a welcoming and refined atmosphere at the same time, making us feel pampered and special. The food was exquisite. The location, as you can see in the photos, enchanting!

04/07/2025: A pleasant discovery! We tasted the vegan dishes, prepared with skill and generous portions. Fast service and professional and very courteous waiters. We will definitely be back!

22/06/2025: Great gluten-free lunch! For those who are celiac I recommend this Aic certified restaurant. The entire menu is gluten-free! Even the pizzeria. We ate fish, both appetizers and first courses were really good. Prices are normal, highly recommended!

06/06/2025: I have already been to this place several times and for me it is the best in the Lucca-Capannori area. First of all, the interiors where the green color prevails already convey a sense of great calm and the atmosphere is welcoming, you feel at home. The quality of the food (the photos speak for themselves) is excellent and the staff is made up of a few people who, however, take great care of every detail; this can sometimes cause a little slowness in the service but when the dishes arrive you understand that it is really worth it. If you want to eat well and spend a relaxed dinner or lunch in an intimate atmosphere I highly recommend it!

02/06/2025: For those who have visited many sushi restaurants in the area, you will surely notice the superiority of this sushi. Excellent quality that is not at all a given in today's all you can eat. Good fish and very well-prepared dishes. Lower price than average, especially at dinner. I would say uramaki is the strong point, but everything else is no less. The only criticism I make is about the soy, I found it too salty and with a strange flavor and I really hope they can change this, but for the rest everything was perfect. I have only been once but I will return, also given the kindness of the staff.

I'm talking about breakfast, of course it's worth waiting in line in the morning, because everything is good, I always come to you. And I continue to come to have the best breakfast there is in Lido di Camaiore. 😊❤️

27/06/2025: Excellent. Young, friendly, helpful, nice and professional staff. Fantastic breakfasts, excellent leavened products. Spectacular and good desserts. Refined and unique aperitifs. My point of reference. I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, it has a space that is partly limited outside but inevitable but well compensated by a clean and tastefully furnished environment. TOP!!!!!!

12/07/2025: Great sandwiches at a reasonable price. Everything’s fresh and the fries were on point. Props to the single employee making everything by himself. It was a great break from the multi course menus in the area. We’ll be back!

17/05/2025: Huge burgers! First time ever I had to eat a burger with a fork and knife. Great flavor and well-prepared. If you’re looking for a break from pizza and pasta, this would be a good choice in Lucca.

15/05/2025: I always enjoy this place, so take my review with a grain of salt. Their menu is small and refined, focusing very well on a few key items. The burgers are good, the marinated veggies are great, but their hot dog is the real star.

In short, the "Ristobar La Piazza" is a place that I highly recommend. For the quality of the products, the excellent quality-price ratio, the courtesy of the staff and the welcoming environment, it is a great choice for any time of the day. They have truly given new life not only to the place, but to the entire square.
