22/04/2025: Sono andato a Firenze e per caso ho visto questo piccolo posto per fare un pranzo veloce e mi sono dovuto ricredere dalle pietanze ma soprattutto dall'accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff.
Mi rivedrete molto presto o almeno quando verrò a Firenze sarete il mio bistro preferito.

16/01/2024: Maleducazione é la parola d’ordine. Mi hanno riso in faccia per una richiesta di tagliare un muffin in due/quattro, definita da loro “impresa impossibile “ con tanto di risata e chiacchiericcio tra collegi. Gestisco un’attività ed ogni giorno riesco a dividere un mignon anche in quattro su richiesta del cliente e senza riderne in faccia o esser maleducata, ciò fa parte della PROFESSIONALITÀ, parola dai dipendenti del “bar” mercato centrale SCONOSCIUTA.
Prima di prendere in giro il cliente su una richiesta del tutto normale e fattibile, imparate l’educazione e la professionalità.

28/09/2025: Very expensive place. I even paid €17 for a drink. Last time, I had a Coke poured from a bottle for €8, and I don't think it was Coke at all, just a cheap brand. Low-quality alcohol poured into bottles. Dirty place. More than once, I found the toilet not flushed in the bathroom.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I still wonder why a place like this remains open to the public.

31/07/2025: Bakery with high-quality products, from bread to pizzas/pizzettes and other baked goods. Delicious brioches, well-crafted and with wonderful fillings. Their Schiacciata (a type of flatbread) is a standout among many others!
Wonderful service with trained, friendly, and truly professional staff. A must-visit!
