21/09/2025: The Resistente pizzeria, as its name suggests, is a charming place. A simple, well-kept environment, impeccably managed by the talented and cheerful Matteo. We were served with professionalism and attention. We are vegan, and unlike too many other occasions, we didn't encounter the slightest obstacle in ordering. The pizza is delicious: the leavening was excellent, as was the cooking. Fresh ingredients. Very fair prices.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to return often due to its distance, but we will certainly plan to stop by for dinner. Best regards to everyone. Let's resist!

The prices are definitely a little higher than usual, but we're right in the center of Piazza Maria Novella.
The place is beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained.
The service is quick and very friendly, the music selection is excellent, and the atmosphere is very intimate.
We'll definitely be back.

13/11/2024: Vado (andavo) in questa rosticceria abbastanza spesso, ma purtroppo qualcosa deve essere cambiato.... forse il cuoco.. o forse si sono allineati a tutti quei posti dove si privilegiano i grandi guadagni a discapito della qualità; fatto è che le ultime due volte è stato tutto terribile. gli involtini ed i ravioli sono passati dall'essere fatti a mano ad essere (con assoluta certezza congelati); il pollo era immangiabile. sembrava propriamente guasto. Mi spiace molto perché abito vicino ed era una buona alternativa ma ho chiuso per sempre.

05/12/2025: There are plenty of bars in Florence, tobacconists, and food courts... But what makes the difference is right here: the owners are always smiling, professional, and tireless. There's a family atmosphere that's hard to find elsewhere. Even the baristas always have a kind word and make excellent coffee!
By the way, I recommend stopping by to admire the beautiful Christmas tree they've decorated and try their excellent moka pot! ☕️
