20/04/2025: Il ristorante di questo Hotel è molto curato, sia dal punto di vista della sala che del personale, ma il vero tocco di magia è dato dallo Chef Matteo Perotto. I suoi piatti sono curati nei dettagli, le cotture strepitose, ed i gusti sorprendenti. Consigliatissimo, da provare!

30/10/2025: I had a great meal at this restaurant — a perfect way to end my trip to Italy. I had the zuppa di vegetali and the risotto, both of which were very tasty. The service was very good.
29/10/2025: Fantastic food, we had the tuscan ragout & beef peposo. The potato mousse with saffron was also lovely. Great service from the entire team, specially Giuseppe, William, Gregorio & Davide.
