23/03/2025: Conosciamo la location perché frequentatori dell' ottimo centro benessere dell'hotel. Ambiente curato ed elegante che però non si sposa con la proposta culinaria del ristorante. Menù semplice e piatti da osteria ci hanno delusi, soprattutto se poi ti svegli il giorno dopo con un senso di pesantezza. Concettualmente sbagliata la tartare che è stata servita praticamente marinata ( la carne era bianca) e l'uso eccessivo del limone ha tolto il gusto del prodotto. Una nota negativa il vino il cui calice è stato riempito con meno di 80 ml. Peccato

13/10/2024: Qualità dei cocktail inesistenti, ragazze dietro il bancone a chiaccherare mentre fuori tavolini sporchi. Il vecchio onda dolce non esiste più. Non c'é più qualità.

17/08/2023: I was so excited to stumble across this place! I got olive bowls, an olive pasta rolling pin and a sandwich. The owner speaks no English but his smile and warm welcome make you want to buy 1 of everything!
He has olive wood products, copper, pottery, cow bells, wine, fruits and veggies and much, much more!
He cracked open a bottle of wine when we were there and we did “salute!” I salute you sir for a great little shop in Florence!
A hidden gem in my opinion!

21/02/2026: We stayed two days, both at the resort and for breakfast and dinner.
We found excellent service managed by Salvatore, who recommended dinner, consistently featuring local dishes. Friendly, kind, and professional.
Excellent food... highly recommended.
