14/12/2025: In general, everything is fine. There is a clean toilet, a shower, it's free. But to get into the shower you need to leave your passport.

05/12/2025: Stopped by chance for a coffee and found a staff member named Monia who was really courteous and professional.

16/10/2025: We've been here twice. The first time, we had a few beers, which, given the product, were no problem, two Peroni beers. But we left with a strange feeling, because after sitting on the terrace, where there were about six empty tables, a waiter, the black one, started "clearing" a table next to us. Between the looks he was giving us, the way he was arranging the chairs, forcefully and making gestures as if something bothered him... We sensed it was because one of us is homosexual and, due to his culture or lack of intelligence, he was intolerant. The second time, we walked in without realizing it was this same bar, until we accidentally ordered. When it was time to order, the waitress didn't understand anything. We ordered a latte and an espresso macciato. She went and asked us to see if we could get both large... Look, ma'am, an espresso macciato is a traditional coffee and is served in a small glass, and we had ordered a medium latte. It's worth noting that when we ordered, the same waitress said something to her colleagues, obviously talking about us as if we were ignorant and didn't understand. I don't care what she said, but for a 50-year-old, she's been taught very little respect over her long life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

09/11/2025: The Barberino Outlet doesn't offer much for a quick bite to eat. Hamerica's seems the best, offering plenty of American-style options, both burgers and Tex-Mex (though there are also vegan options). The desserts aren't the best, but they're not bad either. I once had a burger with strong cheese paired with maple syrup, which was good (but today I saw it wasn't on the menu), and a Mexican-style pulled pork dish, which was well-balanced. It's a great idea that they have Budweiser on tap, one of my all-time favorites.

09/11/2025: I waited an hour and a half with my boyfriend to eat, sit down, and order. The food was good, but not worth the wait. We don't want to go back.

13/09/2025: Terrible experience! If you want to waste your money and time on lunch, go ahead. Rudeness, lack of attention, slow service, poor quality. Unfortunately, I have no positive comments about this restaurant. The first time I went, I thought I was having a bad day... which can happen, but the second time, I was confirmed.

05/09/2025: A little tip for the owners Be careful how you fill the water bottles; they don't seal them. The cap on the bottle I received had mold, as did the bottle. On top of that, there was raw rice, tiny pieces of salmon on the plates, 95% rice and 5% salmon. There was no sashimi for dinner. Extremely slow service. Not to mention the owner arrogantly said it was impossible for the rice to be raw. You'll see. It's still in my mouth. A nightmare.

19/07/2025: Spectacular location with a unique view of Florence. We enjoyed an aperitif on very comfortable sofas with a bottle of prosecco and appetizers, with live music throughout the event. Highly recommended. Reservations recommended by email.

14/11/2025: Steer clear. Waited over 50 minutes for us to be told the pasta is 'almost there'. Dont wait in other people's smoke, find a different place for your meals.

24/10/2025: Terrible service, unfriendly, and rude, despite trying to call them repeatedly, about 9-10 times, to change our order. Since it wasn't possible through the app, they simply answered, pretending not to know our order had arrived. Despite the high price of €20, we ended up having to eat a mediocre kebab with ingredients we hadn't ordered. Plus, we found hairs inside it.

19/10/2025: Frozen juices, not natural, at a very, very expensive price. I made the mistake of not going to Starbucks or Bubble Tea, which are below the station. I left disappointed.

06/10/2025: Been here 3 times since being in Florence, coffee is okay, made from a machine but honestly just fine if you want a quick pit stop. But stay away from the food, the croissant was kinda dry but tasted good and the muffin i had on my last visit was inedible

09/12/2025: Extremely Disappointing Stay – Never Again I stayed in the “Beatrice” attic room at Palazzo Ciompi in Florence, and I honestly cannot understand how a room in these conditions can be offered to guests. Yes, the room looks charming at first sight, but the reality is completely different. The amount of maintenance problems is shocking and far below even basic hotel standards. The room was full of issues: freezing drafts coming in from every single window, air conditioning completely non-functional, and a bed so uncomfortable it was almost impossible to sleep. The pillows were flat and cheap, and the overall bedding felt like something from a budget hostel, not a supposedly decent hotel. The bathtub placed awkwardly in the middle of the room is not only impractical but also clearly neglected. There were visible limescale residues, and the upper part of the shower was broken, making it nearly unusable. It felt like no one had inspected or properly maintained this room for far too long. On top of the cold temperature in the room, we were woken up early by pigeons literally hitting and cooing at the window. Between the noise, the cold, and the poor bed quality, resting properly was impossible. Things only got worse when we arrived: the elevator was out of service, and we were forced to carry all our luggage up to the top attic floor. After a long trip, this was an extremely unpleasant start. Staff-wise, the receptionist was kind and tried her best, but it was clear she was left alone to deal with all the check-ins and also to fix mistakes made by the rest of the team. This is a sign of poor management and a lack of organization, not staff dedication. Parking is another poorly handled aspect. Guests should be clearly informed that parking must be reserved ahead of time. Otherwise, you end up paying more for an external parking solution, even though the website states a clear price of 25 euros “on-site”. And finally, one of the most unacceptable details: reception opens at 10 AM on Sundays, but check-out is at 10:30. Meaning that if you need to leave earlier, you simply can’t. You must wait for someone to show up. This is not how a hotel should operate. I chose this place again because last year my stay was decent, but after this experience I can confidently say I will return to Florence, but absolutely never again to this hotel. The value for money is extremely low, and there are many far better options in the area.

09/12/2025: Highly not recommended. Just appearances! There is nothing that works... we took a suite with a Jacuzzi but we only looked at it 🤣 without being able to use it.... the water was cold even the shower with cold water, the room was poorly heated, cold air came in through the windows, very dated. The sofa was a piece of marble as hard and uncomfortable as it was. From the bed you couldn't see the TV because it was on the opposite side! The shower leaked water... indelible stains on the floor of which I don't want to imagine what! The next morning when we left and pointed out that at least they could offer us hot water since it was the month of December, the lady at reception replied that it was a suite to be booked in the month of August 🤣 .... the only compliments I give go to whoever took the photos to put on booking!!!

12/11/2025: It wasn't tasty. We stopped in by chance and didn't like it. The pizza was bland, the caprese was terrible, and I didn't finish the meat.

11/12/2025: December 10, 2025, flights canceled due to weather emergency. Diverted to Pisa, we waited for hours standing in a huddle. If the situation had been like this since 7:00 AM, it could have been handled better.

01/10/2025: The ravioli plate is only 8 pieces of ravioli, barely had any flavor. They charge you for the knife and forks. Bathroom was dirty.
